Simplicity elevated.
Pros:

Close in location made walking the city very easy. Great breakfast fueled us for the day. Staff was especially courteous and helpful. Access to rooftop bar for spectacular sunsets. Minimalistic room but everything we needed Would stay here again.

Needs maintenance
Pros:

Brilliant location with lovely staff. Nice to have a balcony and the bed was very comfy. Decent size and the breakfast was adequate

Cons:

Very worn. Scuff marks on the floor and walls. The hanging rail for clothes was coming off the ceiling. Curtains hanging off. The shower was tiny and the towels were grey and scratchy. There were only 2 sockets in the bedroom and we needed 2 different adapters but one kept coming off the wall and the other was behind a spare bed. There was also something on the bedside table that was covered with electrical tape but it didn't look safe. It also smelt of drains.
