Molto gentili ed accoglienti. Ottima la colazione. Il posto è vicinissimo alle vie principali di Roma ed è vicino alla stazione Termini. Molto pulito. Un'ottima soluzione per visitare Roma.

Poziționare foarte buna, aproape de obiective. Aerul condiționat foarte folositor în perioada lunii august.

Pereții camerei murdari, pătați. Mobilierul nu foarte întreținut. Nu mi se părea curățenia prea atent făcută.

Pros:

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era troppo piccola per tre persone. C’era pochissimo spazio intorno al letto matrimoniale e nessuno posto dove lasciare le valigie, e noi ne avevamo diverse!. Non c’era un armadio ma solo delle grucce sospese dove si sbatteva la testa continuamente! Posto d’onore a due cassaforti che occupavano inutilmente spazio! Il bagno inutilmente grande con un lavabo piccolo anch’esso senza piani d’appoggio. La camera era comunque pulita. La colazione è stata buona con il personale molto gentile anche se non c’era una grandissima scelta di prodotti. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per tutto il giorno. Al nostro ritorno l’addetto alla reception ci ha voluto chiamare un taxi, sconsigliandoci la metro e non dicendoci che davanti all’albergo passavano degli autobus per la stazione. Abbiamo preso il taxi ma una volta scesi non è arrivato e siamo stati costretti a chiamarlo noi arrivando in stazione all’ultimo momento!

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il disguido con il taxi! Quando abbiamo chiamato in struttura per avere notizie non ci è stato risposto! Inoltre Se avessimo saputo che c’era un autobus magari l’avremmo preso, se il personale ci avesse avvisato!

Muy buena ubicación y personal muy servicial.
Pros:

La señora de recepción fue muy servicial y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, también un chico que vimos el último día fue muy amable y además hablaba perfecto españaol.

Cons:

Los dos primeros días la habitación podría haber estado totalmente limpia, sucia sucia no estaba pero no 100% limpia.

מדובר במלון בוטיקי קטן בקומה חמישית בביניין משרדים. החדרים גדולים מרווחים ונקיים. לקחנו שני חדרים למשפחה של שש נפשות. ארוחת הבוקר מושלמת👏 מגוונת טעימה עם ירקות ופרות טריים. מנהל המלון וינסנט היה מקסים עזר לנו בכל דבר, רצה שיהיה לנו טוב בשהות. המלון קרוב מרחק של 15 דקות הליכה מזארה ורחוב הקניות, מרחק של 10 דקות מהמדרגות הספרדיות. מיקום נוח.

A lovely stay in the center of mesmerising Rome
Pros:

The hotel was in a great central location. Close to all the main monuments and sites. The metro station is a few minutes walk and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Vincezo was especially pleasant and took time to speak with us whenever he could. The room was nice with a spacious bathroom, clean and well kept. We would definitely come back again.
