El hotel necesita mantenimiento
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno, muy buenos. El restaurante también tiene buena cocina. La actitud del personal también nos pareció muy buena.

Cons:

El problema de ese hotel es que necesita urgente remodelación. La limpieza bastante regular. El baño, muy mal; con la ducha y todos los apliques rotos y viejos. Es increíble que no inviertan para adecentar los baños. La ducha muy vieja y mal diseñada; el agua se sale de la ducha y pasa al suelo del baño obligando a poner toallas para que el suelo del baño no se inunde. Eso no es justificable en una habitación arriba de 450 euros la noche. La ubicación del hotel no justifica ese descuido del mantenimiento y limpieza.

Os quartos são ótimos e dependendo da categoria que você pegue tem mimos maravilhosos, os quartos com vista à frente mar são ótimo muito amplos com sacada e seguras também para quem vai com crianças, café da manhã é ótimo e todos os funcionários sempre muito solícitos, a localização é excelente principalmente pelos quiosques em frente ao hotel, o hotel também possui restaurante interno o que facilita muito pra quem não quer sair do hotel pra fazer as refeições

Pros:

Cet hôtel est incroyable, très bien située sur Copacabana.
Notre chambre était grande, propre et semblable aux photos. Nous avons adoré la piscine en rooftop ainsi que la salle de sport offrant une vue incroyable. Depuis l'hôtel nous avons la vue sur les lieux clé de Rio c'est incroyable. Le service est irréprochable, toujours accueillant, chaleureux, dans la joie et la bonne heure mais surtout TRÈS réactif !

Très belle établissement bien situé sur Copacabana piscine sur le toit avec une vue incroyable. Le personnel très sympathique très bon petit déjeuner et copieux. Je recommande cet hôtel 👍

quarto legal. vista boa. check in rapido, porem meu quarto NAO estava pronto as 15 hs quando cheguei (horario do check in)

Sublime !
Pros:

A notre arrivée à RIO nous avions déjà séjourné 3 nuits dans cet établissement et nous y avons passé notre dernière nuit av ant notre retour en France. Chambre au 11 ème étage avec une belle vue sur la plage de Copacobana, le personnel très sympathique, quelques uns parlent le français ce qui est bien appréciable au Bresil vu le peu de personnes qui le parle.
Le petit déjeuner excellent ! avec des patisseries faites maison ! et très très varié ! La situation en face de la plage très appréciable ! Si vous arrivez en voiture bien qu'ils ne possèdent pas de parking ils vous indiquent ou pouvoir parquer votre véhicule pour le temps necessaire ! qui ne coute pratiquement rien !
