We had a nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location, nice and polite staff!The view from the pool was amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast was same all 7 days. Changes only fruits.

Desorganized, not enough staff, nice sun terrace
Pros:

The sunterrace is very nice, the view is stunning. You can see the copacabana beach area, Christo and you have a nice sunset view.
The staff is really friendly and welcoming. I just think they have not enough staff, because they were always busy.
The beds were comfy.

Cons:

I was a little unlucky in my stay I think, there were a lot of things happening. My door didn't open anymore one evening when I came home and the door battery had to be replaced. My safe beeped very loud another night and again someone had to come up and it needed a battery replacement as well.
My Check in was 45' delayed from normal check in time, even though I arrived already at 12am and was waiting for a long time for my room. I saw this happening to a few other guests on several days.
Food on the terrace:
I ordered vegetarian penne, they were delivered as bolognese, which I couldn't eat as a vegetarian. The fries were served cold after waiting for almost an hour.

The reception tried to be reached via inroom telephone three times, no one answered, tried to call them via whatsapp another day, no one answered. No call back, nothing.
I tried to call the roomervice twice, no one answered, no call back.

Great location to explore Rio!
Pros:

Great location on Copacabana.

Cons:

We were not able to check in at 2pm and had to wait for our room to be ready. The communication wasn’t great around this as we were told our room would be ready early when dropping our bags.

Pros:

Tudo! Desde o minuto do check-in ao check out atenção de todo staff. Serviço impecável, ótima estrutura, localização excelente. Foi um maravilhoso fds, voltarei com certeza.

Cons:

Meu único ponto são os itens de banho, shampoo, sabonete líquido, e condicionador que nao gostei. Nem do cheiro e nem qualidade. Apenas isso.

Gelungener Aufenthalt an der Copacabana
Pros:

Mir hat besonders das sehr freundliche Personal und der große Komfort gefallen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, die Betten bequem, der Service am Strand äußerst höflich und das Frühstück ist richtig klasse. Danke
Probleme im Bad wurden schnell behoben.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen schlechten Geruch im Zimmer, ich glaube wegen der Klimaanlange. Sonst alles bestens.
