Apenas 2 elevadores sociais que eram lentos.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und alles war sehr sauber. Durch den Balkon hatten wir immer die Möglichkeit, frische Luft zu genießen. Der Ausblick auf den Strand, das Meer und den Zuckerhut war atemberaubend. Vom Dach-Restaurant konnte man auch die Christusstatue sehen.
Das Essen im Restaurant (Frühstücksbuffet als auch Essen a lá carte) war excellent und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind angemessen.
Staff are so rude to foreigners
There is no sound proofing and you can hear everything from the hallways and rooms next door. We were given a room that was connected to another and the people next door were noisy all night. We were also directly opposite the elevators which was extremely loud
La atención de todo el personal es excelente! La habitación es cómoda, con balcón y vista al mar. Baño amplio, limpio y organizado. Desayuno muy completo.

Construction noise
Muy buena ubicación. Vistas. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable
Der Balkon des Zimmers, viel Stauraum, das große Bad, der große Schreibtisch, das Sofa und allgemein die Lage an der Copacabana, Wellen und Meeresrauschen und alles nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur Metrostation Cardeal Arcoverde. Jetzt im Winter war es nachts auch sehr viel ruhiger als gedacht. Frühstücksraum hat auch von fast allen Plätzen eine schöne Aussicht auf die Copacabana.
Werktags Lärm durch notwendige Bauarbeiten im Hotel, aber meistens ist man tagsüber ohnehin nicht auf dem Zimmer.
