Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rio
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, aber auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant, ausgezeichnetes, vielfältiges Frühstück, sehr schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Einer der Hotelräume wurde renoviert und die Geräuschkulisse tagsüber war etwas störend, lässt sich aber bei einem Umbau wohl nicht vermeiden. Nur hätten wir uns gewünscht, dbzgl eine kurze Information zu bekommen.

Cons:

Er waren de hele week werken het verdiep boven ons, geluid liep op tot 125 db. Overdag niet mogelijk in de kamer te blijven. De safe werkte niet na twee malen de deskt te verwittigen nog geen reactie. De kamer was ook niet echt proper.

Je déconseille.
Nous prenons 3 jours une suite à 400 euros par jour.
Travaux beaucoup de bruit.
On nous change de chambre après réclamation.
On nous fait attendre à l'accueil plus de 1 heure avec en prime une caipirina.
Pour aller au 16ieme.
Pareil bruit moins fort mais bruit quand même.
Je fais réclamation pour demander un remboursement partiel de ma réservation.
Rien ...
Même pas une réponse ...
Pitié les capsules de café payantes dans une chambre à 400 bal.
Commercialement c'est complètement déconnant.
