J’ai beaucoup aimé la localisation de l’hôtel. Les chambres étaient belles et le rooftop magnifique. Le personnel était très bien également.
La piscine n’était pas assez chauffée. Nous étions dans la période hivernale à Rio.

Showers in the rooms are amazingly powerful and the beds super comfy.
The sound insulation through the sliding doors to the balcony door needs improvement, as we unfortunately were woken very early each morning by the noise from the beach road. Although rooms higher up were better (we stayed in floor 6 for a week and floor 12 for 1 night which was better than the lower floor.
There was entertainment on the roof terrace which we stumbled across this could have been shared with guests better.
The main restaurant could do with improving in its ambience, we dined there one night when the weather was bad and there is a severe lack of feeling in there.
localização excelente, cobertura/rooftop com piscina (podia ser aquecida), restaurante com bom atendimento (a moqueca estava ótima), a vista do quarto permitia apreciar a beleza da orla de Copacabana.
não sei se é comum, mas o meu check-in foi demorado, tive que esperar por um quarto, mesmo após 15h que era o horário do check-in, e só consegui após insistir com o funcionário para que fosse respeitado o horário estabelecido, e ainda tive uma visita inesperada de checkout, para verificar o consumo de frigobar, antes do término do horário de checkout.

Muitos apartamentos fechava a porta, batendo forte que incomodava.
A localização é maravilhosa! Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos, super prestativos do início ao fim. A comida é deliciosa em todas as refeições disponíveis.
Tivemos alguns problemas com encanamento, mas foram solucionados durante a nossa estadia.
External decor, lobby, staff was friendly.
Room decor was outdated and furniture chipped, moldy smell in the room. Very average accomodations for the price. Batgroom light ran hot, keeping the light on made the área close to the mirror very warm.

Nothing., however when they had live bands playing on the roof top they should notify everyone.
