A segurança do hotel e mesmo na praia fantastico mesmo.
Gostei de tudo.
Excelente localização (no melhor trecho de Copacabana), instalações muito confortáveis e espaçosas, café da manhã muito bom e funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos. Sasha e Alice conseguiram antecipar o nosso check in, mesmo em um dia com muito movimento no hotel.

Wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon und Meerblick für vier Nächte gebucht und das entsprechende Zimmer in Etage 9 (von 20) bekommen.
Auch Etage 9 war super, weit genug oben und wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen sehr guten Blick auf die Copacabana.
Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen und egal, was man für eine Tour bucht, dort wird man abgeholt. Dadurch, dass es einen eigenen Strandbereich gibt, kann man an der Copacabana tatsächlich entspannen, weil das Hotelpersonal einen eigenen Bereich hat, in dem auf Wertgegenstände aufgepasst wird, wenn man z. B. zusammen ins Wasser möchte.
Die Transfers vom und zum Flughafen hatten wir über das Hotel gebucht. Sie waren problemlos und pünktlich.
Das Frühstück ist gut, das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da wir es vorgezogen haben, oben auf der Dachterrasse zu essen. Dort gibt es ebenfalls eine (kleinere) Essenskarte, man sitzt gut und hat die Möglichkeit auf den Zuckerhut, den Corcovado oder die Copacabana zu blicken. Das Personal an der Poolbar und im Frühstücksraum war hervorragend.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Einzig die zwei recht kleinen Fahrstühle können zu Stoßzeiten sehr voll sein und man kann schon einmal etwas länger warten. Wirklich lange Wartezeiten hatten wir nicht, so dass uns das nicht sonderlich gestört hat.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Frühstück ausgewogen und lecker, der überwachte Strandabschnitt mit inkludierten Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen war aufgrund der Kriminalität in Brasilien ein must-have und die Rooftop-Bar hatte einen ausgezeichneten Ausblick.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Der Balkon hatte nur einen geringen Meerblick. Trotz zwanzig Stockwerken hat das Hotel nur 2 Aufzüge, was immer zu Wartezeiten führt. Wir konnten im 15:00 nicht einchecken, sondern mussten bis 15:20 warten. Wir wurden beim Check-In nicht über Verhaltensregeln am Strand informiert, was sehr hilfreich gegen Trickbetrüger gewesen wäre.
Die Lage des Hotels ist besonders hevorzuheben und der Pool auf der Dachterasse.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
Das Perosonal war sehr nett.
