The location , the rooms are clean the staff was very nice but they are also thieves amongst them
I was charge a 1 time deposit several times in a day there are thieves here do not use your debit or credit card here pay cash if you can
The wall had a bullet hole and blood on the floor and it’s clear they don’t clean the rooms
The front desk clerk was awesome but there was absolutely too much paperwork to complete after a long drive in.
There were no bath towels. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THe shower lleaked and the tub filled to the ankles while showering.

When I was checking in the receptionist wasn't very sociable, a little rude.

There is nothing I liked about this hotel !!
I didn't like the condition in which I found the room. The bathroom counter was very badly stained, there was a big unpainted spot on the wall where it had been patched and to top it all off the room was reeking with marijuana smells from a guest smoking right outside of the room door. I didn't not feel safe at this hotel. I was promised a refund from the manager, Bridgett, and have not yet received it.
Ebony did and exceptional job, getting me setup for the weekend. She was extremely nice, and the staff made it an enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, I loved it. When I come into town, this is the hotel I'm booking with.

Don’t like it was dirty and stinky the room went what I order cause I ordered two beds and they gave me one bed

Las instalaciones eran muy sucias, habían colillas de cigarrillo por todas partes, desde que llegamos en nuestra puerta había basura y nunca limpiaron. La recepción no era 24 horas, el gimnasio lo abrían a las 8 de la mañana y la persona que abría en la mañana ni siquiera tenía uniforme, salía en pijama. El desayuno nunca existió (las barras de cereal ni las frutas)

They didn't tell you have to have a 100 dollar before you get there for deposit.
The staff is fantastic! I had to get my daughter a room due to an emergency at home.
I booked a room late night, the young lady that opened the door and booked me has impeccable customer service and informative, she gave me detailed directions to drop my daughter off.
My daughter place wasn't ready so I had to call everyday to ask for another night for my daughter, it got to the point they knew me and were so polite and helpful towards my daughter every time she had to go to the office to update her key.
I will Definitely keep this hotel at the top of my list whenever I need a place for family or friends in town.
