眠る為に使用したのですが、寝具が快適でなくよく眠れず、「残念」
Pros:

何よりロケーションがとてもよかったです。
部屋もビジネスにしてはゆったりしていて、どこも清潔に掃除されていいました。
。

Cons:

ロビーがあまり綺麗でないのが残念でした。ダブルベッドのシングルユースでゆったりしていましたが、掛け布団が湿っぽく快適ではありませんでした。
部屋は綺麗に掃除されていたのに、サーキュレーターが埃だらけだったのが残念でした。

駅に近い

Cons:

少し不衛生。髪の毛やホコリが落ちていた。浴槽も濡れて少し気持ち悪かった。サーキュレーターのホコリもかなり気になった。電気が少ないのか部屋が暗かった。

Pros:

駅から近く、周りにお店も沢山あるので立地が良いです。
スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で安心して滞在できました。
コップや割り箸などのアメニティがありビジネス使用としてはとてもありがたかったです！

Cons:

2度泊まりましたが、1度目はとても清掃が行き届いており、部屋の古さはあるものの心地よく過ごせました。
2度目の部屋は洗面台に太い毛が落ちていたり、臭いがしていたので、部屋によって当たり外れがあるかもしれません。寝るだけが目的でしたら問題はないかと思います。

夏場でも無事に過ごせた
Pros:

駅近くでアクセス良き
エアコンが不調との事でしたが動いてはいて25.5℃位をキープできて真夏の東京であれば全然寝れる
サーキュレーターもあったので意外と快適

Cons:

浴槽が予想以上に狭かった

東京で6,300円ならしょうがない。

Pros:

スタッフの方の印象がとても良かった。ドアを開けたところから笑顔で丁寧に接してくださり、安心感がありました。

Cons:

設備にエアコンとあるが、あれはエアコン？通気口から風が少し出るだけで全く涼しくない。チェックアウト後地下鉄のホームの方が相当涼しかった。通気口も埃だらけ。部屋は電気がつかず非常の場合のみらしく、ベッドライトの明かりだけだった。Wi-Fiもかなり弱いのか全く読み込まず。主観にはなるが掃除も隅々行き届いてる感じはしなかった。これで1万弱は正直高いなと思ってしまいました。
