Over all the stay was nice, could have been a little cheaper for one night.

No full length mirror in the room, balcony I didn't like you couldn't control the air in your room.

Great stay! Would choose them again!
Pros:

It was close to everything. The staff was very helpful from the desk service to food service to housekeeping- everyone was kind, polite and helped me when I requested anything.

Clean hotel, high priced
Pros:

Clean Hotel. With mostly friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked via booking for 3 Adults. At our arrival the hotel staff informed us that only 2 adults are included for the breakfast. That was not stated in the booking receipt. Our room had a pull out sofa. There was no extra pillows ect. The prices at the hotel bistro where high. The hotel have his own parking place and still choose to charge extra for parking.

Lo usamos solo por una noche. Pero me parecio que estaba en una buena zona. El hotel estaba limpio, comodo. La cama estuvo comoda. Me gusto la habitacion que me dieron y la vista. Volveria a hospedarme aca.

Pros:

I booked this location specifically for its balcony/patio area .. I loved how you could come out your room directly to the courtyard … sat out by the fire pit one night, actually almost forgot I was staying at a hotel it was so peaceful

Cons:

I booked the price that included breakfast but I still had to pay for breakfast at the local cafe they had inside .. was a little confused about that

Concert stay
Pros:

The location was great for what I was doing in the convenient parking lot. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially a staff named Kita. There was some issues with check in, but she was very calm and wanted to just make things work out for me which I appreciate it.She was diligent and accommodating and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was horrible. The air conditioner was very loud throughout the night. I wish there would’ve been a black make up washcloth in the room in addition to the make up removal tissue. The couch that was in the room was extremely hard. I wish there was better TV selection, but it was decent.I wish they would allow the DoorDash people to come straight to your room.
