Perfetto per un lungo stopover a Shanghai. Noi lo abbiamo usato per una pausa di 18 ore tra due voli. L'hotel è confortevole, pulito, silenzioso, a pochi minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro sulla linea che collega l'aeroporto al centro (People's Square ad esempio). Dall'aeroporto all'hotel occorre circa mezz'ora, dall'hotel al centro circa 1 ora, quindi si può scegliere di passare tutto il tempo in hotel o fare una breve visita in centro. Il check in in teoria è a mezzogiorno, ma se si arriva prima di mezzogiorno e la camera è già disponibile, si può accedere senza sovrapprezzo. Noi siamo arrivati alle 9.30 e siamo entrati in camera quasi subito. Se la camera non fosse stata disponibile avremmo atteso nella hall o in un qualche locale nei dintorni: ne abbiamo visti svariati nel breve tragitto tra la metro e l'hotel e abbiamo anche visto un centro commerciale vicino alla metro (non siamo entrati, quindi non sappiamo cosa offra). In particolare, di fianco all'entrata dell'hotel c'è un piccolo ristornate cinese dove abbiamo cenato deliziosamente (traduttore obbligatorio se si ha connessione internet, altrimenti ci si capisce a gesti). Il prezzo è altamente competitivo rispetto ai mega hotel più vicini all'aeroporto, che di solito offrono un servizio navetta. La metro è decisamente più comoda, ma non circola di notte.

The quality of the hotel was very high in my opinion and exceeded my expectations. Often times photos of hotels are made to really flatter the hotel and they may not look as good in reality. But with this hotel, the photos very accurately represent the high quality of the hotel. The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast service from 6:30 to 9:30 makes it convenient and the buffet menu range was also excellent. The hotel was kept clean throughout. There is also a small gym. The location is great and very convenient... it's very close to some small convenience stores and a bigger supermarket across the road. It's also only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Chuansha Metro station. Some staff members are also of high quality. In particular, I dealt with a young lady called TuTu who was excellent and serves the guests very well with her warm personality and smile. Even though we could not speak each other's languages, we could communicate via the translator on the phone... her energy was warm and positive and she makes you feel welcome, so she should be recognised by management as being a very valuable asset to the hotel.

The room was great, everything worked as expected including the AC.
No issues with anything and staff would go beyond and assist.

Vicinissima alla metro linea 2 per raggiungere il centro della città di Shanghai. Vicino anche a un grande centro commerciale.
Ottima soluzione per stare vicino all'aeroporto ma per visitare anche il centro.

It was an exceptional stay. The early check-in and late check-out function assisted us a lot as well as the airport suttle service. The rooms are exceptional, comfy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was very nice.

Great room, comfy bed and friendly staff. The hotel is a few subway stops away from the airport, and there is also a free shuttle.
