Pros:

Отель очень хороший, удобно что есть автобусы до Диснейленда и обратно. Персонал очень вежливый и при любых вопросах всегда идет на встречу и помогает.

Pros:

Гарні сніданки, можливість прати свої речі , спорт зал(певно для тих хто не нагулявся). Поруч метро. Відносно поруч, за місцевими мірками, розташований аеропорт. Мають шатл в Діснейленд, якщо кому треба.

Досить не близько до центру( більше години на метро).

Bien localizado para Disney
Pros:

Buena localización si vas a Disney. Tiene un servicio de llevada y recogida pero que funciona según la gente que hay. Se va justo a la hora que dice.

La recepción fue un KO. Nadie hablaba inglés y el manager muy regular.
Muy difícil de comunicar.
Me dieron una habitación standard cuando tenía superior y me dijieron que el desayuno era solo para 2 personas cuando en la reserva que era para 2 + 1 niño ponía desayuno incluido.
Solo me dio 2 vales después de 20h de viaje. No tenía más ganas de discutir.

La habitación muy normal, el hotel era barato relación calidad precio

Great hotel, close to Disney, PVG airport and the metro station close by.
Pros:

Great location in relation to Disney and PVG airport. Used the shuttle service for both, but got taxi back from Disney as pick up was late. Very easy to do though as you head for the taxi rank and there are a line of cabs waiting.
Great breakfast, clean rooms and good location. Free washing and drying facilities. Shopping centre 5 mins walk away with great shops, as well as a food hall in the basement. Metro station 5 mins walk away.
Staff very nice and used translator app to communicate.

Cons:

The family rooms were facing the busy road intersection at the front of the property which was quite noisy with traffic and horns. The smell of cigarette smoke seemed to linger despite being a no smoking room. Think that’s generally quite common in Shanghai though.

Great little find, close to Disney with friendly staff!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, despite language barriers. Free laundry room. Nice gym, small but useable. Lovely breakfast. Shuttles really handy for Disneyland and Airport

Cons:

Room could be warmer (winter visiting), noisy outside, and rooms are not soundproof. Rooms could do with a little tlc around the edges. Also couldn't get transfer back from Disney as WeChat couldn't work - although taxis are very cheap!

Ottimo per stopover
Pros:

Perfetto per un lungo stopover a Shanghai. Noi lo abbiamo usato per una pausa di 18 ore tra due voli. L'hotel è confortevole, pulito, silenzioso, a pochi minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro sulla linea che collega l'aeroporto al centro (People's Square ad esempio). Dall'aeroporto all'hotel occorre circa mezz'ora, dall'hotel al centro circa 1 ora, quindi si può scegliere di passare tutto il tempo in hotel o fare una breve visita in centro. Il check in in teoria è a mezzogiorno, ma se si arriva prima di mezzogiorno e la camera è già disponibile, si può accedere senza sovrapprezzo. Noi siamo arrivati alle 9.30 e siamo entrati in camera quasi subito. Se la camera non fosse stata disponibile avremmo atteso nella hall o in un qualche locale nei dintorni: ne abbiamo visti svariati nel breve tragitto tra la metro e l'hotel e abbiamo anche visto un centro commerciale vicino alla metro (non siamo entrati, quindi non sappiamo cosa offra). In particolare, di fianco all'entrata dell'hotel c'è un piccolo ristornate cinese dove abbiamo cenato deliziosamente (traduttore obbligatorio se si ha connessione internet, altrimenti ci si capisce a gesti). Il prezzo è altamente competitivo rispetto ai mega hotel più vicini all'aeroporto, che di solito offrono un servizio navetta. La metro è decisamente più comoda, ma non circola di notte.

A high quality hotel in an excellent location. Will stay again.
Pros:

The quality of the hotel was very high in my opinion and exceeded my expectations. Often times photos of hotels are made to really flatter the hotel and they may not look as good in reality. But with this hotel, the photos very accurately represent the high quality of the hotel. The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast service from 6:30 to 9:30 makes it convenient and the buffet menu range was also excellent. The hotel was kept clean throughout. There is also a small gym. The location is great and very convenient... it's very close to some small convenience stores and a bigger supermarket across the road. It's also only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Chuansha Metro station. Some staff members are also of high quality. In particular, I dealt with a young lady called TuTu who was excellent and serves the guests very well with her warm personality and smile. Even though we could not speak each other's languages, we could communicate via the translator on the phone... her energy was warm and positive and she makes you feel welcome, so she should be recognised by management as being a very valuable asset to the hotel.

Cons:

I wasn't able to catch the 18:30 shuttle bus from the airport despite being in the hotel's WeChat group for that shuttle run. There was an issue with retrieving my luggage off my international flight, which delayed me by about 10 extra minutes, but I explained this to the driver all the way. At 18:22 I messaged that I had found my luggage and was on my way to find his car. After being given some vague directions from airport staff to P1 parking, I found it and arrived to the line of cars at 18:32, but the shuttle had already departed. I understand that they need to depart on time for the other guests, but unless there is an emergency or the guests need to be at an important meeting, I think it is reasonable for the driver to advise them that they need to wait a few extra minutes for the guest with the delayed luggage. Just an extra 3 minutes would have allowed me to catch the bus, so I was not happy. My first impression of the hotel staying for the first time wasn't good. Luckily when I found my way to the hotel independently, I was greeted by a nice staff member called TuTu who was understanding, apologetic and helped to brighten my mood.
