Beds are comfortable. Breakfast , everyone on staff nice, affable.
Traffic noise. I never got an email letting me know you got my email.. Asked for a bottom floor. Parking for my elderly mother was terrible.
It was located near many amenities, like coffee shops.
It was too small for our group of 4.
We didn't stay. Got dual messages from hotel. One denied change of dates and the other message approved the date change. We didn't go because we thought date had been changed. Still charged as well.

Staff not always present, so had to wait to check out. Very noisy, both adjacent rooms and hallways.
