An outstanding boutique stay with exceptional service, spacious comfort, and a perfect location — truly exceeding expect

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este hotel boutique en Nápoles. Desde el primer momento, el host y dueño estuvo súper pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. La comunicación fue excelente y el proceso de pago fue muy fácil.

Nos dieron una habitación increíble, de muy buen tamaño y espaciosa — éramos 3 personas y estuvimos súper cómodos. Además, mi esposo no se sentía bien al llegar y tuvieron el detalle de darnos el cuarto un poco antes, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo.

La amabilidad fue realmente destacable. Nos ofrecieron café gratis a la llegada, nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones (incluyendo una farmacia cercana que necesitábamos) y hasta panfletos del city bus para movernos mejor por la ciudad. También cuentan con servicio para guardar maletas, lo cual es un gran plus. En una ocasión necesitaba agua adicional en la noche y me ayudaron de inmediato sin ningún problema, lo cual demuestra su excelente atención.

Las camas son espectaculares, muy cómodas, y el sistema de acceso es muy seguro, con códigos para entrar y salir. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien.

Siendo un hotel de 3 estrellas, la comodidad de las camas y la atención del staff fácilmente se sienten de 4 estrellas o incluso más.

La ubicación es TOP, de verdad nos encantó — está cerca de todo.

En general, lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Le damos una puntuación y alta!

We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel in Naples. From the very beginning, the host and owner was incredibly attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Communication was excellent and the payment process was very easy.

We were given an amazing, spacious room of a very good size — we were 3 people and felt very comfortable. Also, my husband wasn’t feeling well when we arrived, and they kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which we truly appreciated.

The hospitality was outstanding.

Cons:

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que hay que subir algunas escaleras, así que podría ser un inconveniente para personas con movilidad reducida, aunque para nosotros no fue ningún problema.

The only thing to keep in mind is that there are some stairs, which might be an issue for people with reduced mobility, but for us it was not a problem at all.

Junior Suite romantica su Spaccanapoli
Pros:

Posizione ottima (noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior Suite e quindi in via Paladino... in pieno Spaccanapoli!) pulizia ottima, reception sempre disponibili e gentili. Camera spaziosa, ed il soffitto.. un'opera d'arte.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Mitten im quirligen Treiben der historischen Altstadt. Alles gut gesichert. Man muss dreimal den Code eingeben bis man im Zimmer ist. Der Ausblick war quasi nicht vorhanden, da Hinterhof, dafür war es angenehm ruhig. Die Betten sind weich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung für 2 Nächte.

Szalenie miły personel, pyszne śniadania, wszędzie blisko! Hotel mieści się w starej klimatycznej kamienicy, wnętrze jest naprawdę urocze!

Cons:

Niestety cała łazienka jest do wymiany. To stary budynek, ale to nie oznacza, że ściany mają być na napuchnięte od wilgoci i pleśni, a farba ma odchodzić ze ścian. Dodatkowo prysznic się nie domykał, a z drugiej strony przeciekał tak mocno, ze po każdym skorzystaniu pół łazienki bylo mokre :(
