Un désastre ! À Éviter absolument.
Pros:

Rien. L’accueil n’est pas au rendez vous, la personne n’est pas agréable du tout.

Cons:

L’accueil est désagréable. La chambre est vétuste, sale, pas de SPA, le lit pas confortable. Et la douche ne fonctionne pas non plus! un vrai mensonge sur Booking pour 155€ la nuit, ils jouent sur leur emplacement en plein scappanapoli. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas servi avant 8h30, donc attention si vous le payez et que vous prenez un avion avant… mais je ne recommande en aucun cas cet hôtel. Heureusement que ce n’était que pour une nuit. (2eme séjour à Naples.)

Per chi vuole vuole soggiornare in relax nel cuore di Napoli....
Pros:

Situata proprio nel centro storico di Napoli e facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Organizzata con due strutture vicine, all'interno di antichi palazzi napoletani. Camere e strutture molto ben curate, pulite e con accoglienza professionale e amichevole di prim'ordine.

La chambre correspondait à la description de l' annonce et propre.

Cons:

Trouver l'établissement et la bonne sonnette était difficile.
L'accueil un peu difficile et long , manque de formation.
La pièce pour le petit déjeuner pas confortable, chaises et tables de jardins, nappe du bar déjeuner pas propre.
Petit déjeuner pas de lait , Nini petit pain , nini croissants , pas de choix de confitures et café tiède léger, on voyait le fond de la tasse.
