Bed was comfortable and the folks working were super nice. The overnight guy at the front desk was very nice.
I paid for a late check out as we did not even get in to our room until 2am. It wasn’t a favor I asked I actually paid the $40 up front to check out late BUT was still woke up by housekeeping at 11 for normal check out time. I am not happy about paying that money to sleep and yet still get woken up. Very rude. Also the bathroom and carpet are very dated.
I loved the location. Loved the breakfast and the waffle station was a big hit with my kids!
Free airport shuttle. Free breakfast offered many choices.
Neighborhood filled with homeless people. Motel was dated and didn't feel clean. Walls were thin so room was noisy. Bed was springy and linens were old. Getting the shuttle was very complicated...finally had to get help from the sheriff's department.

I arrived after midnight, and staff was very friendly on my arrival, and snack shop was open. My room was better than expected, with a separate couch area - all well appointed! Easy check on and out, quiet at night.

They gave me a dirty room with someone sleeping there. Blood on the toilet and walls. Food in the counters. Overall messy and unprofessional room.
