I gave 5 star nice review last time, which I deleted because I had a very frustrating experience this time. They gave us a very filthy room 🤮
Me and my daughter arrived at the hotel around 9.40 pm, drove all the way from San Jose. I complained about the room and wanted them to move us to another room but the mean lady refused to do so. She told us they didn’t have any room left and I mentioned about the booking.com shows there’s still 4 rooms available. She said she cannot give us another room😡 I took videos of that room to show how dirty and filthy the room was. Unfortunately it didn’t allow me to upload the video here. The rug and bed sheet has lots of stains, one of the pillow cover has those pubic hair🤮seems the housekeeping didn’t change after the guest. The couch looks like some homeless people lived there, huge patches of stains everywhere and ripped off. It’s just gross but we had no choice we had to stay there since we paid already and it was late. I got my body so itchy that I couldn’t sleep well. The flat sheet and blanket doesn’t smell fresh 🤮

Cons:

Old property with musty old carpets with a dinghy feel inside, and poorly ventilated. Depressing interiors with a cold inhospitable motel feel. We quit after staying for 4 hours

The stay wasn’t the best but at least the breakfast was good.

I did like the breakfast they served.

The sheets in our bed was full of “bodily fluids “ to not say the name and when we told the staff, they gave us sheets and told us to change them, we said no since we had just arrived at the hotel. The staff member then came and changed them but he was clearly upset about it.
