This is an excellent hotel. My only complaint is the music in the bar was the AI generated junk. That mostly has a thumping background. Please play some good stuff for when I return in the new year 2026

I stayed at Vida Emirates Hills and while the room condition was good, I faced a challenging situation with noise during my stay. The hotel handled it by offering an upgrade and a complimentary dinner, which I appreciated. However, the overall front desk service needs significant improvement in hospitality and communication flow. Omar, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful, and Avishka stood out as the only professional and courteous staff at reception. A special compliment to Sakthi from the restaurant—he was a star, exceptionally friendly, professional, and truly made a difference during my stay.

Immaculate hotel!! Pool is lovely and clean.
For the very start of your stay, the gentleman that greet u at the door and the concierge are sooo helpful and always smiling, they are all fabulous but and I specifically remember misbah who is soooo helpful always
The food does need some improvement especially the room service overnight if I really had to critique soemthing.
Last and definitely not least, Ahmed the manager is fantastic!!! Very skilled amazing customer service, and is able to sort anything out quickly, he contributed massively to making sure my stay was top notch
Me and my whole family love Vida especially the emirates hills branch and are coming back in the winter Insha Allah.

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice if you want to go for a quiet trip or play golf.
However, nothing around the area walking distance. Have to get a cab/uber to go to a mall etc.

Beautiful pool and rooms.Nice view.But the perfume smell was consistently way too strong in all the hallways. I had a migraine so it made it really bad.
