Hotel Fiesta Beach Didim

I didn't like anything about this hotel. We arrived and it was closed due to death of owner since more then 12 days. With a little note (in Turkish) on the front door. Somebody helped us calling the number, he was in Istanbul; so he sent somebody to open it for us. He came after 2 hours while we are waiting in the street. Very dirty, all over, no service, no breakfast, nothing was there to support our stay, we hardly spent the night.
At least they should have removed the hotel from your site and close it officially
I request full refund of my money, I was cheated we barely slept and left, nothing was served, not even a cup of tea or water, and of course no breakfast

Hotels den odamızın rezervasyonunu önceden yaptırdık.otele geldiğimizde ise malesef kötü bir karşılama yaşadık.önce bizi beklettiler anlamadık. Rezervasyon teyidi istediler. Hotels uygulamasından aldıgımızı söyledik ama haberleri yok. Biraz bekledikten sonra bizi bir odaya götürdüler aşağıda.odanın kapısı çalışmıyor kapanmayan kapılı odayı bize verdiler.panjuru kaparsınız birşey olmaz dediler. Panjuru kapayınca odanın pencereleri de kapanıyor ve o da zaten çok küçük nemli kötü kokulu havasız bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık.kliması da yoktu.penceremizi de açamıyorduk çünkü kapısı açık! Böyle saçma bir durumla karşı karşıya kaldık. Daha sonra bir çocuğu gece konuşurken duyduk. Sabah işe kalkcam odamızı bile satmışlar dışarda yatcam diye söyleniyordu. Yani bize çalışanlarının odasını vermişler. Zaten oda demeye de bin şahit isterdi. Sanki biz bedavaya almışız gibi bir muameleyle karşılaştık. O kadar para verip alıyoruz siteden. Haberleri yok. Odamız ayırtılmamış. Bize havasız kapısız bir yer verdiler utanmadan. Bir de sürekli rezervasyon teyidi istiyorlar para vermeden kalmışız gibi. Yani her şey rezalletti.

The only good thing about this place is the beach nearby.

Otel binasi büyük bir sitenin icerisinde adresi bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Calisanlar hizmet konusunda cok ilgililer. Lakin sabah vakti yemekhanede kahvalti yapan otel misafirlerinin seslerinden cok rahatsiz oldum. 9 da otelden ayrildim. Gunlerce kalinabilecek bir tesis degil. Sadece 1 günlük yol ustu kalinabilir.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
If you don't have your own transport, it is hard to get to and hard to get out from using public transport.
The hotel is located in a pretty little holiday community that focuses on a small bay / beach. Other than the restaurant at the hotel, there is only 1 restaurant in town (down on the waterfront).
That said, I booked a Double Room (single occupancy) with Private Bathroom.
My room was a good size.
It came with a small wardrobe, mini-fridge, and TV (with 10 Turkish speaking channels).
It came with a Double and Single bed. The 'Double' bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was good and had lots of hot water. It was a 'weird' design with the toilet in the shower cubicle.
I had a small balcony overlooking other houses.
The Buffet Breakfast was served in the upstairs restaurant.
It was a standard Turkish Breakfast with cereals, fruits, jams, boiled eggs, cheese(s), cold meat, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and bread. Each morning they provided something extra like an omelette or chicken nuggets with chips. Breakfast was served between 8am and 11am.
The wifi was OK and good enough to stream video at night ... slower during the day.
