All types of Commercial vehicles are not allowed to enter the mall road. From 3 PM to 11 PM all types of vehicles (commercial and noncommercial) are not allowed to enter the mall road.

Charges will be applicable for vehicles as Nagar Nigam tax as per Mussoorie Development Authority (MDA) for entering the mall road.

Very disappointing experience – completely misleading!

What we saw in the photos was nothing like what we got. The room shown on Goibibo looked clean and well-maintained, but in reality, it was the complete opposite.

There was no cleanliness, poor service, and lack of basic security. Shockingly, a monkey entered our room because the balcony door didn’t even have a proper lock. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous.

The overall experience was extremely poor. Definitely not worth the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total disappointment!
