Good value for one night but don expect much
Pros:

Staff was nice and trying to be helpful. Overall beds are comfortable and clean. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Cons:

Room was OK but looked / felt old. Not a lot of equipments in room or outside (no fridge, no coffee machine, ice machine not working on most floors). Other residents were questionable: it seems that they have a lot of long term residents.

Walls had holes and stains everywhere in room.

It was fair but could have been a lot better.
Pros:

No breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was bad because it had a foam topper. When we came in the manager was verbally fighting with the person who checked people in.

Nothing to many rules when you check in like you are in the 70’s or 80’s.

Cons:

The property needs to be updated because it is an eye sore that doesn’t look the same as the picture in the background.

The door wasn’t shut when we arrived. The room didn’t look clean, hairs in the bath sink, headboards had sweat residue and hand prints, the lampshade had blood, the sheets had cigarette burn holes, beds were so old and uncomfortable, sheets looked dirty. My husband and kids were so grossed out, I checkout and we ended up paying for a room at the Hilton. After this traumatizing experience, we will definitely pay for a hotel that will never make us question prices ever again. We will now stick with “you get what you pay for” from now on. It was so gross we didn’t take pics, didn’t unpack and just checked out.

It was sufficient for the night, wouldn't stay long term.

There was nothing remarkable about the stay. I will say the staff were nice.

Cons:

Cleanliness, hair & stains on bedding. Bathroom had bag over leaky tub faucet.

Will never stay there again
Pros:

Location was all we had to tell them the room was never clean and to have it cleaned when we return all they did was change the beds floors where still dirty and dried pee on the back side of the toilet even after we told them the room was dirty and they needed to clean it

Cons:

Dirtiness of the room and the price was 160 for one night so you should at least get a clean room. Tub. So nasty we didn't even shower there made you feel better using a out house
