Roaches in the room no extra towels no soap for hand washing had to get it at the front desk and when calling for more room supplies I had to get them myself at the front desk instead of a staff member bringing them to the room

It was a quick check in process.

hotel does not respect booking.com genius levels. therefore I'm genius level 3 I stay at this property frequently. If you pay for a single bed $50 $60 a night they will not upgrade you because you're paying $50 to $60 and night and that only allows them to put you on the first and second floor If you pay at the front desk for a one bedroom they can upgrade you because they charge you $75 a night . there's a major difference between first second and third floor first floor is the most loudest dirtiest uncapped mostly damaged items in room second floor not far from the first. third floor would be the most quiet most updated most well kept and clean rooms no matter what your tier level is or reward level they will save that for people who are spending more money with the hotel

Quick service the woman at the check in counter was very nice

Cons:

the room on the first floor had a hole in the bathroom door and no batteries in the remote the heat but the air conditioner wasn't working
