I enjoy staying here.
Pros:

Room is clean and quiet.
The location is good, just 10 minutes driving from Forsyth Park and 4 minutes driving from commercial park and restaurants.
Plenty of choices of breakfast, including DIY waffle.
Staff at the reception is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

According to the price, I don't have disatisfation.

We cancelled, and got our money back.
Cons:

No greeting from staff at front desk. We found the hallway reeking of pot. The walls next to the bed were dirty, and there seemed to be browns spots of excrement on the bathroom wall.
My wife insisted she could not stay here so we left.

Pros:

Staff was attentive and kept us informed of issues with the elevator and plumbing. Housekeeping was attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Getting hot water for cleanup or a shower was hit and miss. Breakfast was OK but it was included so better than paying for poor quality food.
