The hotel is in a great location with easy access to all kinds of transportation, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent with a good selection.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to JahAe, Aum, and Champ for their excellent service and hospitality. They really made our stay more enjoyable.

Staff at check-in was not smile, just like a robot. Hotel cleanliness is good. Good smell in guest room. Woman staff at egg station during breakfast is quite aggressive to Thai guest when asking the order, please improve. Not return due to this manner.

If you are with family, it's the worst location.
Very tight rooms. Booked me for 2 adults and a kid in one room, whereas the room was good for only one adult. And imagine side lamp right in the middle of the bed rather then on side.
It was an excellent stay, as expected from Holiday Inn. The room was neat, clean, well-maintained, and offered sufficient space. The hotel’s location was convenient, and all the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.
The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. While the overall quality was good, the options were somewhat limited and the spread could be more extensive. In particular, the Indian breakfast choices could be enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, especially to cater to Indian guests. I personally enjoy European and Thai cuisine as well, but I feel a slightly better and more diverse breakfast spread would be more in line with the standards one would expect from Holiday Inn. Apart from this, everything else was very good, and I had an excellent overall experience.

The hotel needs to change most things, bathroom ,towels,bad lenin, are very old and unclean..
