I’ve stayed here 2 times before and it was good. September 2026 was very uncomfortable and I dont recommend this hotel a

Location is good. Staff are friendly

Cons:

The hotel is becoming pretty old and needs maintenance, beds were not comfortable, shower was too hot, shower water mixer was broken is 2 different rooms I went to. The noise and the banging of doors at night is unbelievably loud and disturbs the sleep, that also happens during the day.

An outstanding, modern hotel with a great breakfast and location — nothing to complain about.
Pros:

Great location, not too far from Tree Town or LK Metro. The hotel is modern, recently renovated, and impeccably clean from the lobby onwards. Spacious room with a nice TV, desk, wardrobe and comfortable bed, plus a spacious bathroom with shower. Small rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was really good and complete. Service was precise and attentive, housekeeping thorough, reception staff always helpful, and they offer handy tour/transport packages (Bangkok/Pattaya airport transfers, Khao Chi Chan, Sanctuary of Truth). My room faced the back and was very quiet.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about — the only small note is that the rooftop pool isn't available in the evening.

יש 3 ארוחות עיקריות ופעמיים ביום נפתח דלפק פיצות ועוגות לשעה בלבד.בשעה10 בבבוקר המכונות קפה ננעלות. אין כסאות ישיבה בברכה רק מיטות שיזוף נמוכות
לפעמים חסר מגבות
הספא חשוך ואחרי יומיים ביררנו בקבלה אז המעסות נמצאות בבתי מלון באיזור ומגיעות לפי הזמנה
גם כשהזמנו לא הגיעה
מעולם לא נתקלתי בתופעה שהספא שומם ללא פקיד קבלה
הירידה לבריכה רק עם סולם
הבריכה ממש לא גדולה
בריכת תינוקות שכשוכית ללא מתקנים לילדים כמו במקומות אחרים
המפגש העיקרי בערב או ירידה לטיילת או ישיבה במינוס אחד שם פעיל בר משקאות
