It was an excellent stay, as expected from Holiday Inn. The room was neat, clean, well-maintained, and offered sufficient space. The hotel’s location was convenient, and all the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. While the overall quality was good, the options were somewhat limited and the spread could be more extensive. In particular, the Indian breakfast choices could be enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, especially to cater to Indian guests. I personally enjoy European and Thai cuisine as well, but I feel a slightly better and more diverse breakfast spread would be more in line with the standards one would expect from Holiday Inn. Apart from this, everything else was very good, and I had an excellent overall experience.

Overall, we enjoy our stay with good breakfast and comfortable bed
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and polite throughout our stay. They upgraded our room from sea view to ocean view without extra payment. Breakfast was also superb.

Cons:

The happy hour promotion wasn't visible to the guest.

조식이 맛있었고 종류가 다양했습니다. 호텔 위치도 중심가 근처라 이동이 편리했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋게 숙박할 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

수영장 운영시간이 조금 더 늘어났으면 하는 바람이 있습니다. 8시까지여서 저녁을 먹고 들어오면 이용하기가 힘든 시간대라고 생각이 듭니다.
