Great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

This is our second visit, we love the quiet but prime location, and the staff is consistently fantastic. Had a lovely time at this hotel!!

Cons:

It could have been cleaned a bit better. We found rubbish hiding behind the bed, and it was incredibly dusty back there with mold at the bottom of the curtains. With the look of the rest of the room, the housekeepers must have only done what was easy to access rather than a deeper clean. There was also mold in the bathroom wall. ALSO when the shower is on (with warm water), the air con in the room screams - it's weird. Since it was just when showering, we dealt with it! Just think it needs an update and a deeper clean.

Nice modern rooms

Cons:

Very early every morning even when being high up you would hear loud crashing noises from the recycling bins being emptied and all the bottles crashing. If it was only one morning it wouldn’t be bad but every morning getting woken up was a shame

Good central location for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great, walkable distance to everything in CBD.

Cons:

The room was quite small and dark, didn't look like the bright open room in the photos. Even on the 17th floor we could hear some street noise but as to be expected in CBD on a Thursday & Friday night

Smart hotel reasonably priced in a great location to embrace the Melbourne CBD area
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times for the Australia Open and love the location 30 minutes walk from Rod Laver and on a lovely lane with some great coffee shops, cafes and bars. The pre stay check in makes check in and out seamless.

Cons:

The water pressure on higher floors is a bit lower than normal which is to be expected
