We had a lovely stay here! The hosts were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice especially for the price.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms, very affordable, was able to make a last minute reservation after having to cancel a different hotel reservation

Дуже гарне місце для відпочинку - зручні ліжка, в ванній кімнаті є все необхідне - мило , шампунь, гель, фен. Зручні ліжка, є телевізор (кому потрібен ввечері), холодильник та чайник. Навколо багато різних магазинів та кафе. У готелях є власний паркінг для авто. Все сподобалось. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Ein Hotel das es nicht mehr gibt - für eine Nacht ok

Kostenloser Parkplatz, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Ich hatte Hotel725 gebucht - als ich dort ankam, gab es dieses Hotel nicht mehr! Ich musste zum Hotel 725b (das ich mit Absicht nicht gebucht hatte!). Die von Booking übermittelte Anschrift war falsch, ich musste in strömendem Regen (klatschnass!) das wenige hundert Meter entfernte Hotel 725b zu Fuß suchen - eine Zumutung! Der Aufzug funktionierte nur phasenweise. Am frühen nächsten Morgen fiel komplett der Strom dauerhaft aus - kein Licht im Bad, kein Internet, kein Aufzug.

Очень приятная гостиница, номер большой, чистый, большая кровать, даже были халаты.

Cons:

Расположение- далековато. У гостиницы есть два корпуса, мы приехали по адресу, который указан, на месте нам сказали, что мы приехали не туда и нам нужен другой корпус, который в 3-х минутах ходьбы.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, we've been welcome like home. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Batumi.

We arrived super late (2AM the first night) and it was no issue for the late check-in.

Ничего не понравилось. В комнатах было грязно, на дверях и в углу были паутины. В ванной воняет плесенью, очень много комаров.
