Very helpful staff, facilities were good and clean.
Pros:

It was in a good location for our needs, staff were exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was roadside, and the noise of the road disturbed our sleep. We would use the Congresbury Arms again but would request a room facing the garden rather.

Excellent, despite being stressed with a faulty car, which we got sorted.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. We arrived very stressed with a faulty car and throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful and kind and as a result we would happily stay there again.
The breakfast was very tasty, and the eating area very pleasant.
Excellent shower. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

our room was a little small, but we coped and the staff, food and location made up for that.

A very welcome break with everything available for a trouble free stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes and everything you could need provided. Room was very comfortable and again provided everything you would need.
Plenty of help checking in and booking car parking etc.

Nice cosy pub with good food. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Pros:

I got a complementary breakfast with the room. There was a small selection of breakfast cereal and fruit juices. For a hot breakfast you can choose from a menus. I had a vegetarian cooked breakfast which was excellent.

Cons:

The paint in the en-suite was peeling in some places. ( not unusual in my experience)

Excellent meals, and bus service.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent, staff very obliging.

Cons:

Under Bristol airport flight path, from 6am to 8 am 20 planes an hour. Room rather small with no ventilation. I.e window could not be opened.
