Disaster
Cons:

We arrived on the day of our reservation, with a confirmation number, and they did not have a room for us!!!!!
Blamed Booking.com.....So needless to say we were not happy with the Bevy!!!!!

We just loved the feel of the hotel. It was so nice. Loved the lobby with all of the places to sit. The pool area was really pretty. It was a homey and really nice place to stay. Loved the coffee bar.

Cons:

We wanted to hang out in the lobby at night, but the guy that was singing was there for a long time and it was loud, so we felt like we really couldn't sit down there and relax. That was the only thing that we were disappointed about. Would have liked to not have had the live music both nights

Overall Potential, Needs Some Improvement
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, which made sleeping easy once we finally settled in. The rooms were spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around. As a family traveling with an autistic child, we often have to hide things like the coffee maker and phone. The large closet space was incredibly helpful for that and made the room feel more manageable for our child.

Cons:

Water pressure was extremely minimal, and the shower never got truly hot—just warm enough to tolerate. The refillable shower amenities were a major downside. There’s no way to know what’s actually inside them, and they felt unsanitary and unusable. We ordered food delivery to the hotel, and instead of being brought to our room, it was left at the front desk because they don’t allow delivery to the rooms. The whole point of ordering delivery is the convenience of having it delivered. There were no trash bags in the room, which made cleaning up after ourselves inconvenient. At check-in, the lobby was crowded, and there was only one employee working the desk, which made the process slow and stressful.
