It was wonderful!
Pros:

The service was really good, I used both Room Service (fantastic) and ate at the bar. The drinks were well made, food was 95% good. I needed quiet and I got it!

Cons:

The pillows and the chicken wings were too dry lacked flavor

Excellent!
Pros:

It was our 3rd or 4th stay in this beautiful hotel. As usual, we appreciated great vibes, location, unique style and absolutely amazing bar and restaurant offerings. Chef rocks!!!
During our stay, we had no challenges besides one tiny misunderstanding. That is why I am giving 5 stars here with confidence as the General Manager, Tran and her assistant Beverly, stepped in and took care of everything the way you expect from top notch hospitality professionals. Way to commit to 100% guest’s satisfaction! Especially Beverly, maintained great communication during our stay and really offered top notch personal touch to our wonderful experience. a beautiful place to go and relax.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast while staying

Cons:

The only thing that we think could be better is bigger rooms (but since that's not possible, they are really fine) and also that the bathroom light comes on by itself if you go during the night and we didn't like that.

Cons:

We arrived on the day of our reservation, with a confirmation number, and they did not have a room for us!!!!!
Blamed Booking.com.....So needless to say we were not happy with the Bevy!!!!!
