A nice stay in Ipanema
Pros:

The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is real friendly. I liked that the hotel offers bike rental and beach chairs. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The rooftop and pool were closed which was very disappointing. Did not get the free meal promised in compensation. A bit pricey for a room with a view on a wall.

Allucinante per tutto

Preparazione del personale pessimo ..

Le prime due notti in una camera primo piano sulla strada … allucinante, comunque le camere sono meno che IKEA . Bagno micro , lavabo in camera

Cambio camera dopo due giorni , vista mare ma per il resto tutto come l’altra … molto IKEA e lavabo in camera.
Due giorni prima della partenza messaggio su whatsapp nel pomeriggio… cambio camera … ma chi lo sapeva , nessuno ci aveva avvisato


Colazione veramente misera , tutto da ordinare , pane tostato gommoso , yogurt sciolti nei barattoli forse fatti da loro … e tanto di più


Poi l’incredibile ma vero alla partenza non si erano accorti che già avevo pagato il soggiorno… io distratto ripago , dopo leggo il conto e c’erano circa 2.500€ che non dovevo .

Loro con una risatina e scuse stornano e mi ridanno i soldi …. Meno male che mi sono accorto di questo imbroglio !!!!!
Tutto questo io per due notti ero
al Fasano , hotel stupendo , e il prezzo per notte era praticamente simile , allucinante, guardate il
Fasano ….. veramente un altro pianeta , mi meraviglio che la piattaforma di Booking non controlla la qualità prezzo richiesto

Cons:

Limpeza e manutenção. Meu quarto 46 estava sujo, o hotel todo estava sujo, o elevador, corredor, com muita sujeira. Além disso, meu quarto estava com um barulho na descarga. Quarto muito apertado, barulho dos funcionários no corredor as 7am, batecao de porta, enfim, fiquei super frustrado.
