A bit difficult to find the main entrance and front desk, but they could also be a good thing.

Arrive is a stylish, comfortable and happening location 10 minutes from downtown.
Pros:

A beautiful, stylish, modern hotel!
The staff were excellent, helpful and welcoming.
Comfortable bed, Very clean and beautiful decor.
Several fun food & coffee spots within a few blocks.

Cons:

Arrive is in a trendy location & for several nights a week, the clubs are pulsating with loud music until 2 am. Thursday-Saturday, so If you want quieter evenings, ask for the other quieter side of the building.

Pros:

Very cozy and well designed hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very clean!
Staff also very nice and professional!
The hotel is located in east Austin, in a street full of good and nice restaurants and cafes!

Cons:

Unfortunately even if we were in 3 (family with a child) we had to stay in a room with just 1 bed (very big). This because the rooms with 2 beds are located in the noise part of the hotel.
The receptionist was really nice and explained the situation and we preferred to stay in the silence part!

Great location, close to everything, nice walkable area, attentive staff
Pros:

Great location, nice interior, stylish an modern

Cons:

The only thing is that the tall windows in my suite were dirty but I guess it’s not easy to keep it clean when there’s so much pollen in the air.

Loud, morning, noon and night.
Pros:

Nice design and feel to the property. Staff was very nice, and went above and beyond. Bar was artfully done with a nice ambiance.

Cons:

Loud music at 7 AM blasting into the room. 10:00 AM Yoga 5 feet from our window with speakers set so loud you could hear the class one block away. Music blasting right outside our window past midnight.

Tasteeful, well designed, great location
Pros:

Beautiful property and a fantastic part of East Austin. If you want to stay in East Austin it’s a number one location. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Understated and cool and so tasteful. The restaurant cocktails were incredible. Just real quality and taste all around without riffraff and Instagram-y obnoxious details.

Cons:

Nothing.

Great location! Clean quiet room, beds were comfortable and we slept great! Staff is very attentive, kind and thoughtful. Bella was especially kind and helpful our entire stay.
