Close to everything and very clean

Everything. The bathroom is so spacious as was the room,
Breakfast was fine.
The electricity went off early in the evening and we decided to try to sleep since there was nothing else to do. That is when we noticed there was no bedding for the sofa bed where our grandson would be sleeping. We had to ask for the bedding for the sofa bed and only sheets were brought - no blanket. We were told the blanket would be brought to the room after the electricity came back on because it was in the dryer. The room became hot and stuffy since the power was off for some time, but we finally went to sleep. When the power came back on, we were awakened. After the air conditioning came back on, the room eventually cooled down and our grandson (who was sleeping next to the unit), became cold. Since the blanket was never brought to our room, my husband had to go get the blanket. It was after midnight. Needless to say, we got very little sleep because we had to leave early the next morning.
The breakfast was decent for being buffet style. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. Bed itself was unattractive and cheap looking but bed linens were worn but nice and clean. Excellent window coverings. Walk in shower was nice in size and safe.
Listening to loud motorcycles and a live biker band in the parking lot below really sucked for a $300 per night room.
The shower could’ve been a nice experience for my stiff neck and back…..had there been hot water!!!!!!!!
Great location near the nicest little town of Madison with good choice of restaurants that the staff at the hotel recommended and right off I-90 to allow a quick continuation of travel.
They couldnt controll the snowfall😁
Staff was great, breakfast is wonderful.
No recliner in the room. After driving 10 hours a recliner would be nice.
