Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the walk in shower with the shower head on the opposite end from the shower control handle making it super easy to use. The hot oatmeal choice for breakfast was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Very minor thing but the only thing we would suggest would be a soft closing toilet lid so you don't wake up your partner when you accidentally drop the lid during the night. (-;

It was a great stay!

Pros:

Close to expressway

Cons:

They charged me $75 for a pet fee and never told me.
Booking.com said there might be a pet fee.
They never told me they were going to charge me!!!
75$ is a ridiculous amount.
The info in the room said breakfast ended at 10 am , I went down there and 9:05 and it had ended. They never told me at check-in what time the breakfast was going to be

I love to come to this facility - rooms, staff, COFFEE, all are excellent.
Pros:

Staff is so friendly and helpful. I want to take the bed home with me - incredible comfortable. The towels are the plushest I have experienced in a long time at a hotel.

Cons:

Elevator had a weird sound and slight jerk whenever it stopped. We joked the critters pulling the ropes were becoming tired.
