Nice location
Pros:

The location was awesome, very close to any of store, train station and restaurants.

Great location! Sasazuka station at your doorstep and central to many great food and shopping. Children’s playground a short walk away too for the kids to run off some energy. Staff were amazing and hotel was great, loved the drying room in the apartment, meant I could keep on top of washing with ease

Spectacular, a really good view into Japanese apartment life
Pros:

Property was clean and spacious, located right on the KEIO line for easy access to Shinjuku and the JR YAMANOTE line!

Cons:

Entrance was slight difficult to find but that wasn’t a real issue

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. It’s centrally located, which made getting around incredibly easy, yet it still felt quiet and comfortable at night. The staff truly stood out. They were warm, attentive, and consistently kind in every interaction. They took the time to walk us through the luggage transfer process and even helped us fill out the forms in Japanese, which made traveling between cities so much easier. That level of care made a real difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Convenient, comfortable, affordable, spacious (for Japan) location we would definitely stay at again
Pros:

The hotel was located just around the corner from the Keio Line Sasazuka train station. It is just one stop from Shinjuku on one of the express lines -so very convenient. There were so many coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores located just outside the entrance. We booked the 2 room suite which was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I. We were able to do our laundry, drying our clothes with the heater function in the bathroom.

Cons:

The one and only thing that didn’t work was the kettle. But we didn’t even say anything because there were so many coffee shops around and we just used a pot and boiled water on the stove.
