Perfect stay to discover biarritz with free parking on the street, pool and gym
Pros:

Very close to the city center
Very clean
Friendly staff

Cons:

The room was very tiny and the bathroom door isn’t really a door, more like a piece of sliding glass that doesn’t fully close

Good hotel, problem with a room but solved thanks to staff
Pros:

The employee Jun was great and very helpful because he changed our room given the problem of the noise. When the staff understands you and actually solve the problems is the best.

Cons:

The room was advertised as soundproof but you could hear absolutely everything and was impossible to sleep or to have any privacy.

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil.
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.
Petit déjeuner de qualité et varié et agréable surprises de voir Christophe Mae au petit déjeuner.
Et petit déjeuner servis très tôt, ce qui est appréciable quand vous avez un train à prendre

Pros:

This hotel has a very nice location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Although it is in city center it is not really noisy. The parking has a small entry but suites also big cars.

Hôtel bien situé avec piscine
Pros:

Hôtel à 10-15 minutes de l’hypercentre et de la plage, avec piscine. Literie de qualité. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Propreté pas optimale et traces d’usure surtout dans la salle de bain. On pourrait attendre mieux d’un 4 étoiles. On entend les portes claquer dans le couloir.
