Needs a lot of improvement
Pros:

I hope they check and maintain the room event if we got it at an affordable price. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky. We have to call the front desk to really have it moped and swipe. The bathroom was also not pleasant to use as it has an awful smell coming from the drainage. The chair that was there was even in a very and condition. The only nice about this place is the staff and the doorman who always smiles, location as it's near the mall. This will be the first and last stay with this hotel.

Pros:

It was okay. They fixed our bed everytime but they never cleaned the room. They didn't even bother cleaning the restroom either. They didn't take the trash out until our third stay.

Nice Stay
Pros:

RedDoorz Premium @ West Avenue and West Avenue Suites are actually one and the same. SM City North Avenue and Trinoma is a short walk away. McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks and 7-11 are nearby. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious.
