I have stayed here several times and it is always a great experience. The rooms are very nice and immaculately clean. The customer service is excellent among all of the staff who work at the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, but the restaurant on rooftop (no affiliation) was world class Ryze bar and restaurant

This was a beautiful hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. It was so close to a lot of great restaurants. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.
I was traveling with my cats and that process was smooth. Other than a little gap under the headboard (easily plugged with pillows) there weren’t any places my cats could get to where they could hide from me.
Would definitely stay here again next time I go there.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and in a great location. There are so many restaurants, bars, and boutiques to visit within walking distance.

Accommodating to our needs.
All those things made up for the not so great pillows... it would have been nice to have a variety of types of pillows to choose from on our beds.

We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk, who was very helpful. Our room was clean and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Chef Dan invited us to the restaurant, Riev, at the top of the hotel. The food and drinks were excellent. A beautiful view of the mountains.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Downtown Colorado Springs. The kitchen staff, especially Dan, were outstanding during the busy breakfast rush each morning, even with the large number of male gymnasts staying at the hotel. Despite the crowds, the entire breakfast team remained professional, respectful, and welcoming to all of the young athletes, their coaches, and the families.

The hotel staff was also very accommodating to the parents of the athletes, making everyone feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay.

The location is excellent, with many lunch and dinner options within easy walking distance. We especially appreciated the Ryze dining staff on the first floor, who kindly gave us access to the restaurant so my family and I could enjoy dinner together. Their hospitality was greatly appreciated.

The fitness center had everything I needed to maintain my workout routine while traveling, which was another big plus.

Overall, our experience was excellent. The outstanding service, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay memorable. My family and I would definitely choose this Hilton location again, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs
