Perfect location, comfort, and outstanding service
Pros:

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Downtown and had an excellent experience. The room was comfortable, relatively spacious, and very clean. The bed was cozy, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the TV had a personalized welcome message. The bathroom included lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and having a microwave in the room was very convenient.

Service was quick and efficient, with easy self-check-in and self-checkout. Whenever I needed help through the app, the response was prompt.

The location is perfect, close to bars and within walking distance of the main street. My husband and I walked to a nearby bar, had a few drinks, and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Abigail at the front desk was so helpful! Amazing stay, will be back ! All of the staff were so friendly. We stayed two nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great walkable spot to downtown.
Pros:

This is in a great location to walk downtown. The staff were very friendly at check-in.
Tips:
There is a spot to temp park out front and unload.
The check-in will actually be on the second floor. The first floor seems to be more for people arriving to visit the Ryze rooftop bar.
Parking will be on the right side of the hotel, up a ramp. It is a little tight if you have a large car.
There are keurig style coffee makers in the rooms.
Remember, it is just a block to downtown and close to highway 25, so expect traffic noise.

Hot water wasn’t hit on our last morning (lukewarm). Parking (paid) was in a lot that was extremely full and difficult to navigate. Housekeeping only every other day.

Il porte le nom de « Hilton »

Cons:

Les fenêtres étaient EXTRÊMEMENT SALES.
Aucun coffre pour les objets de valeurs.
Le personnel froid, la dame qui s’occupe de la salle des petits déjeuners qui enlève les plats sous notre nez sans nous laisser nous servir.
Les prises de courant qui se défont du mur, ce qui est loin d’être sécuritaire.
La cafetière qui est INDIGNE de ce nom.
Aucune serrure pour fermer la porte des WC.
Une HONTE !!!!
