Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Wayne-North

Breakfast was disappointing. Charge less and skip the breakfast. The area was OK and the room was decent.

Needs an update and some deep cleaning. Was disappointed in the brand. Usually a Hampton is taken care of much better.

There were a smell in my bathroom it wasn’t pleasant. Overall it was nice to stay there.

Very friendly staff with a good clean room and very good breakfast.

Room wasn't ready at checkin, blackout shade fell down in the middle of the night.

Room was very clean. However had some paint spots not completed. You do hear the interstate traffic. Breakfast was a nice selection but was over seasoned and not good. Air conditioner worked great. Check in/out when great. However probably will not stay again.

Our stay was good, I was a little hesitant because of the area but it turned out good. Kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast was good. I would return again in future trips.

Room was nice, but a little run down: wallpaper peeling, some stains, etc. Door hang tags kept falling off door handle, might need a different design. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.

Super clean and Very friendly service!

The stay was good and the service was great when we asked. The day we expected towels and a trash emptying didn’t happen though.

Front office staff, cleaning staff were so kind and helpful.

We did like the property. It was nice, clean and in good shape. The staff was especially nice, courteous and professional. Outside litter, cigarette butts near the front door was a little unsightly. There needs to be a place for smokers to extinguish them safely. The few items I asked for were given to me. A clock and instruction as to how to turn the desk lamp on. Water in the toilet ran all night. We could hear it filling real often. In the public restroom, across from the desk, ladies handicapped toilet, there was no water in the tank it was running soooo long it wouldn't flush. Water is an issue there. We stay at Hampton often. We appreciate them... but some of the little things that could be fixed make a big difference.

The main thing that we did not while at 11am we are trying to fix our things and the cleaning person knock on our door and we said we are getting ready and after 2 mins they knocked again and we told them again that we are getting ready. after 2 mins they tried to open the door and to think we had it double locked and the door banged on the door stopper. That was inappropriate to do when we already told her that we are getting ready. If we did not have the door stopper and if we are naked the cleaning person will see us. This is the first time in our lifetime staying on hotels that someone tried to open our door while we were inside and just gathering our things. Me and my husband was really upset. We did not say anything at the front desk and we just checked out and left.
The staff at the front desk when checked in and check out are really nice and friendly but the old gentleman that was helping a lot during breakfast was super nice and very accommodating and friendly. We love to go back because of them but the cleaning person help us decide not to go back

We have always had good experiences at Hampton Inn. This one needs updating, including new carpet in the halls and rooms. Our room AC was extremely noisy, and our toilet was super slow to flush. We arrived late for check-in and would have asked for another room, but it was late and we were tired. I’m confident these issues would have been remedied. We politely let them know when we were checking out.

Front desk staff was very friendly. One of the lower weekend rates in the area and the room was clean and updated. Nice pool and great breakfast choices. The gentleman that tended to breakfast was very kind as well.

The place was dirty, excercise room closed, guest dryer broken, no kleenex refills for 8 days.
I love staying at Hampton Inn but wouldn't stay at this one again.
