The bed was comfy
The TV didn't work and the balcony doors were screwed shut. The shower head was so old that it needed to be replaced. I couldn't find the parking garage and was forced to pay for valet. I had free breakfast with my room, but when I went to get breakfast they said I couldn't come into eat the complimentary breakfast unless I had a card, so I had to leave and talk to the front desk.
Staff was nice helpful and hobby was clean
Rooms had a mold smell and the air wasn’t working the microwave went out and we didn’t have a tv remote…we still was fulling charged for the room .. it was my birthday weekend the ladies at front desk tried to help but when they transferred me to a room that was jack up .
Bad smell
Location was ok
I enjoyed the size of room. it's balcony view and convenience of valet parking. staff is very professional
bottle water in room. or filtered water fountain in lobby
The bartender was great!!
It smelled of marijuana every where you went
nice lobby and good snack selection for late night
The elevators by far were the biggest headache in this building
it's was extremely clean
didn't have a microwave
The room was extremely nice.
We had to move rooms due to air conditioner not working but the second room was just as nice as the first.
The bathroom was nice and clean, which was amazing.
Beds were extremely comfortable.
The rooms windows to balcony's were welded shut so you could not open.
The first room we stayed in the air would not go above 80ish degrees so they moved us to a new room.
Come to find out, the whole hotel had an air conditioner problem - it was warm the entire night.
The facility was clean for the most part.
The whole experience here was 💩. The valet parking staff was rude. Front desk staff was rude. I booked a king suit with a balcony it was bolted shut. Phone didn't work. Had to go to the front desk to complain. Told Atlanta dont allow balconies. Was gave another room it was smaller with no couch. No access to the balcony anad the bed was a full size bed. My wife had a medical emergency Saturday and the phone didn't work to call 911. I had to use my cellphone and was put on hold by 911. Ugh. The hospital was across the street but because I couldn't give them the address it delayed help. And on top of all that the elevators was extremely slow. I ended up putting my wife on a small stool that was in the room with wheels on it. And wheeling her down to the lobby where I met the paramedics, that was waiting on the elevator it took a whole fifteen minutes from the elevator to get from the nineteenth floor to the lobby. In that time my wife could of died from a a larger tree action from someone in our lift ride due to the negligent of this facility.if that would of happened this company would have been sued, and i'm still looking into if I can sue now. The pitchers and the description of this place is false.Advertisement, this place is under construction as we speak. It has been bought out by a different company called the peach tree. It's not the crown plaza and booking needs to take them off of this site.Multiple people that we ran into that have stayed. There has said the same thing. This place should be shut down.I will be going to the code enforcement and the news station about midtown, atlanta, and how racist and unprofessional everyone. There is especially at this hotel disgusted with this place.
The valet parking was good. The staff was great. my room was the best.
The restaurant in the hotel the breakfast was GREAT! I love to have a hot breakfast in the lobby of the hotel when I'm traveling.
My only REAL COMPLAINT is that I was only able to get ice in the once during my 48 hour stay. No ice machines were working. I was given the run around by the front desk about getting ice. The bartender was not allowed to share the ice she had because it was for the bar.
