Horrible service and rooms
Pros:

First of all I booked a double bed room when I got in their we're only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. I ask over and over they saying that they are out.the air don't work the phone don't work customer service here is horrible I don't recommend.

Pros:

Valet Charge was not told at check-in. Paid cash to but was charged on my card.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Parking charge to ridiculous $50 a night and I stayed for 4 nights. The location was horrible all you heard was cars and loud noises ALL NIGHT!!

Pros:

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

No me gustó nada:
- personal ineficiente.
- servicio de limpieza que no hacía la habitación.
- ducha con mal funcionamiento.
- aire con feo olor.
- habitación con poca iluminación.

Cons:

There was mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling. Very noticeable. I was only given one wash cloth & had to ask for more linen the next day. The floors & rooms were all very moist/damp & there was a mildew smell in the rooms & on the linens.

Pros:

Good location at the southern end of Midtown, and therefore walkable from Downtown; huge room and beds; delightful air con which was a blessing in 34° heat

Cons:

For what you get, it’s probably a little pricey compared to similar hotels worldwide; however it was a reasonable price for the American market (hence I gave it a high value for money score)

Pros:

The rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture to relax on and nice lighting features.

Cons:

I had a difficult time finding an ice machine that actually had ice in it.
