Pros:

Not much of breakfast was provided. Location was okay. Not to happy about being charged double for parking my car. I have yet to receive my deposit back from the room.

Cons:

The valet service was not good at all. He charged me to take my car to the back, and then was charged again by the front desk lady after I already paid.. also was charged for my second car when we paid seperate card transaction so it wouldn't be charged on my card. Not to happy at all!

You get better service in most hostels, in which the sheets smell fresher and balcony is clean.
Pros:

The lobby was decorated nice, and it was well maintained. There is a lot of sitting areas at this Crowne Plaza. I was able to relax a little until it was time to check in. I love the fact that the heater in the room worked really well.

Cons:

I DIDN'T like that when I checked in I was NOT advised of checkout time, the front desk and I had a HARD TIME trying to get WIFI connected on my phone, trash was on the balcony of my room, the bed sheets had a very bad odor, there was DUST in the room which had me sneezing all night. In addition, I was NOT told the TIME or WHERE the breakfast was going to be served, the HOT breakfast sausage and eggs was sort of cold, the juice attendant took a long time to bring me my first glass of orange juice (so i could take my medication) that SHE OFFERED to pour, there's NO SIGNAGE in the breakfast area telling you where ANYTHING was, and the juice attendant IGNORED my request AGAIN after I asked for more orange juice. She had to PASS my TABLE to exit her little area so I do NOT KNOW how she could forget about me wanting more juice, where EACH TIME I had to ask her MORE THAN 2 times. So I brought it to her attention that I felt like she was DELIBERATELY making me wait because she would go to other tables around me and ask them if they wanted more juice or coffee. She CLAIMED she WASN'T doing so deliberately, but I beg to differ because it was so obvious that Stevie Wonder could see it. She also claim that the juice area was in ANOTHER sitting area where we were to serve ourselves. WELL HOW WERE I TO KNOW THAT IF THERE WERE NO SIGNAGE DISPLAYING ANYTHING?? THEN SHE AGREED. I DON'T know what her problem was, but possibly she was mad because she wanted to sit me waaaayyy back in that area and I requested to sit at one of about 7 tables that were NOT occupied up front, so I DIDN'T have to walk so far to get breakfast with my walking disability. Also, they started shutting the kitchen down about 15 minutes early in which 4 other people could not get a full breakfast, although the cook made them some fresh sausage, in which the juice server came over to me first to ask me if I wanted any.

I don’t think I will stay here again.
Pros:

Valet was so great to be so understaffed! I recommend having more than one person valet cars in the mornings for the people that check out early in the mornings.

Cons:

Most of the staff were nice, but seemed so understaffed. The bartender’s attitude was disgusting just as much as the drinks he prepared. It seemed like trying to find golden treasure to get access to clean towels.

Horrible ! Bad smell, very stuffy with wetness in the air. We ask staff for things and never got them. Housekeeping never came. Huge fight with multiple people next door and no way me came to calm the situation. Very expensive breakfast.

Father’s Day weekend it was overall awesome time

Air conditioner old noisy- balcony outside of the room had trash on it . They were out of towels at the pool. To much smoking in the pool area They charged me for valet I didn’t have CAR

I will never stay here again. Besides the location and the valet parking it was terrible. My room was just dirty

That it was close to everything that’s about it

Cons:

The hotel room was not clean. The sheets were dirty. Did not feel comfortable sleeping there. I also just found out that y’all charge me a 50 dollar fee for whatever reason and I am trying to call to figure out why.
