Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in.

The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older.

Please note, the fitness center is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance.

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.

Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Easy access to the station via the shuttle bus to Osaka station, which is supported by the hotel.

We enjoyed it very much, looking forward to staying there again .
Pros:

Friendly and respectful staff. Especially Ms Machico kamitani and Nashin , I think that was his name, who helped us to send our luggage to the other hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Incredibly amazing
Pros:

Amazing property! Close, but not too close, from transit. The staff are amazing! Everyone is so helpful, so respectful, so amazing! Incredible views of the river. Great access to jogging paths. Food at the various restaurants in this hotel is very tasty.

Enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Very old school . Great facilities. Right next to the river. I booked a river view room. Super nice.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. It’s not in the town Center. But that’s the charm. Less touristy , less noise. Staff gave excellent advice and service.

Even though I am already since 2 weeks in Japan the unflexilibility and restrictions are annoying.
At the pool area and to walk in the pool they wanted .e to take off my prescribed glasses (+8) without I cannot see and fall...law

One of the best in Japan.
Pros:

Concierge service very helpfull. Special thanks to Mr. Yutaka Kido. Superb restaurants on 24 th floor.
Location next door to river bank and Sakura park. Service is excellent. Very comfortable and remembarable stay. Domo arigato.
