Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in.

The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older.

Please note, the fitness center is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance.

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.

Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Best hotel I booked during my trip.
Pros:

The staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely book another reservation if I come back to Japan. This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip there and my room was so comfortable.

Cons:

我们因为赶飞机，来不及吃早餐，希望早上餐厅可以打包一些早点可以让我们带着路上吃。酒店居然不同意，而且也不退早餐费。我住过很多国家的各种酒店头一次遇到这么不通情理的事情。收了费不提供服务。当然后来员工给我们升级了房间，可是一上午提着行李肚子空空不是好事情

新聞の種類を聞いておいて欲しかった。

朝食を楽しみにしていた。
一流のホテルなので、ホテル内のお店も一流と勘違いしてしまった。
接客もままならず店内備品も把握していない新人を対応させるのはいかがなものなのか。お客にとっては楽しみな時間であるので、新人教育は別にすべきと思ってしまい残念な時間となった。

オムレツは美味しく頂いたが、待機スペースが狭く並ばない外国人もいてどうしようか迷っていても料理人は料理するだけで何も補助がなく、困ってしまった。

A world beater
Pros:

The staff are fantastic. Nothing i s too much trouble and everything is delivered with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are great. Breakfast is a real treat with an enormous choice.

Luxurious Atmosphere in the center of Osaka
Pros:

Such a nice hotel with a luxurious atmosphere. The staff is amazing, and breakfast was delicious. The room was super comfortable. The parking place in the basement was really handy. The location is close to a lot of attraction points and also the city center.

Pros:

excellent breakfast; very high level service at all levels.

Cons:

The nearest station is within walking distance, but not just next door. Luckily, the wether was good to walk.
