Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in.
The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.

The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older.

Please note, the fitness center is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance.

The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.

The main entrance on the ground floor is closed between 23:00 (midnight) and 07:00 in the morning. Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor during those hours.

Breakfast for children over 4 years is provided for an additional fee.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Children age of 12 or under and for guests other than overnight guests are not allowed to enter 23rd Floor Exective lounge" Imperial Floor Lounge".An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbüffet,schönes grosses Apartment,
Shuttle service für bahnhof und Flugplatz, toller Wäscheservice,

Cons:

Kein Zutritt zur Rooftop bar!!
Shuttle service zum flugpatz erst ab 10:00. wir sind früher geflogen
Keine flexibilität für uns ein Frühstück to go zu machen.

Excelente opción para una estancia de calidad en Tokyo

Excelente calidad de las instalaciones, atención del personal muy esmerada y desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Si bien no había hecho reserva para cenar en el restaurante francés, igualmente me presenté con más de media hora antes de la hora límite para el ingreso y a pesar que el restaurante tenía una única mesa ocupada y estaba por tanto prácticamente vacío, fui rechazado.

自分へのご褒美、おもてなしを満喫
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん感じ良かったです
２泊しましたが、お部屋の整えも完璧でした
大阪の喧騒から離れられました
施設も新しかったと思います

Cons:

シャトルバスを使わず、ＪＲにしたら
無人駅で夜は迷いました
シャトルバスの乗り場が最初わかりにくかった
です
近くにコンビニないのはやや不安です

家から３０分以内で行けるのですが、ディナー券をいただいたので，行ったのですが泊まりにしてよかったです

大満足！！また泊まりたい。

室内のデザインがとても落ち着く。清潔です。
キャンペーン価格でお得でした。しかもクオリティーの高い朝食付きで大満足。スタッフの対応がさすが帝国ホテルと感じました。駅との行き来はシャトルバスがとても便利。

バスルームのトイレ設備がやや古く感じました。暖房便座ではなかったし。。

Pros:

The staff. Out of entire Japan trip, the staff here were extra friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to enhance our 2 day Osaka trip with recommendations and help in booking a restaurant. The room had an amazing river view and you can walk along the river easily from the hotel lobby.

Cannot recommend for families. Not worth the price.
Pros:

It's a nice hotel with many facilities. I like the clean rooms and the atmosphere.

Cons:

It's not worth the money. Morning buffet didn't meet the expectation of a five star hotel. Less proteins and inexpensive food. Pool wasn't open for kids.

癒された時間を持つ目的を充分満足させて頂きました。
Pros:

前回、シティービューでお願いしていましたが、
残念な景観の部屋でしたので、今回も、梅田方面の景色を希望しました。　今回は、丁寧に事前にメールでご連絡頂き部屋からの景観もご対応も大変満足しました。
