It was under renovations so we couldn’t enjoy the facilities, we had to go to the neighbour hotel which was not far away but still.

It’s not a functioning hotel but a SCAM!
Pros:

Miss sold - breakfast and services were in fact provided by the neighbouring hotel Beau Rivage as the Angleterre is under renovation. One had to walk outside, cross a road and walk 200m.

A scandal! Booking.com should DELIST Hotel Angleterre - it is NOT a functioning hotel. And it makes Booking.com look really bad, especially in the 5 star category. If the hotel doesn’t wish to protect its own reputation, you guys should!

Outrageous my miss sold to schmucks like poor me!
