Pros:

The hotel is well located close to the lake shore. While I cannot comment on the hotel restaurant options as we ate out during our 2-night stay, I could find no fault with the rest of the service provided.

Disappointed
Pros:

Complete confusion getting to room. Took over an hour when I was tried. I couldn’t stand in room as attic .. don’t expect this for a standard double
Told they were too busy to give us breakfast.. directed to a bad cafe on the other side of the road. Not acceptable

Checking in was a challenge - we didn’t know the hotel was being renovated when we booked. Arriving at night with no one to show us the rooms and the car park did not have direct access to the rooms. Very frustrating.

L'emplacement, le lieu, les équipements, le confort

Cons:

La chambre au 2e étage se trouvait dans les combles. Le plafond y est très bas avec des poutres apparentes très basses. Cela nous a valu quelques bosses !
