Charming oasis in a great location
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hotel Angleterre with my husband, adult daughter and 81 year old mother. We all really liked the hotel. It is steps away from the lake and a nice area with shops and restaurants in Ouchy but feels incredibly quiet - like an oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; the common areas were lovely; the breakfast was delicious and expansive and the staff very helpful. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I liked the charming small hotel atmosphere and was not at all tempted by the bigger, grander Beau-Rivage next door - although we did enjoy the restaurant there. We also liked having a drink at the Chateau d'Ouchy nearby. The metro was also very close by and the transit card included in the stay.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Simply amazing. The room was large, very well decorated, pristine, and with everything we needed. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area, and great location in the nicest area of Lausanne.

Cons:

Only thing would be that the fitness area was tiny, and the spa area was under refurbishing, so we could not use it during our stay.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement car proche du lac, du musée olympique et surtout du métro ou du bus. Très beaux jardins et agréable piscine. Jolie chambre spacieuse et confortable.

overall, we had a lovely day and really enjoyed it.
Pros:

loved the property and pool and our room. Beautiful grounds and beautiful views.

Cons:

The pool was a bit crowded at times and sometimes no clean towels were provided. Also when we arrived, which was already 4 PM our room wasn’t ready.

Un très bel hôtel !
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, la piscine est très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins. La propreté est impeccable et la literie de qualité. Le mini bar est à disposition. La climatisation est efficace et silencieuse. Le restaurant Acadomia est parfait. L'emplacement est idéal. Le pass gratuit pour les transports en commun très appréciable. Parking possible 30CHF/jour

Cons:

L'une des chambres est très mansardée y compris la salle de bain avec des velux. Celui de la salle de bain n'a pas de store. Le soleil tape fort (orientée sud). Si on n'y prend garde, on se cogne.
