Excellent hotel in a great Hanoi location.
Pros:

The staff were warm, helpful and professional. The location in Hanoi was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole stay felt easy and welcoming.

Pros:

Lovely staff who were willing to help with all requests and made every moment count. We received a small gift when checking out. Nice touch

Cons:

I though the hotel could make more use of the rooftop bar, offer discounted drinks in the afternoon.

Great location in old quarter. Easy walking distance to lake and cathedral and shops and restaurants. Staff were very cheerful and attentive. Beautiful breakfast buffet and roof top bar with pool and great views.

Best location to visit Hanoi with a staff that will make you feel at home!
Pros:

The location is unbeatable and the staff are amazing!

Cons:

The room is very small but that’s not a problem as they had warned us from before that space is limited due to the central location.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was very handy to nearby attractions and nicely situated in the old quarter.
Rooftop bar and pool was a nice place to chill out on the first evening.
Breakfast was nice.
The shower power was nice!

Cons:

Not really anything negative to report. The mini fridge wasn't cool but the management got on top of that very quickly.
