The Oriental Jade Hotel

Location perfect in the old quarter, centre of the city close by markets and way to get to the local attractions. Very friendly staff, also looking to advise and support with their local knowledge. Very clean and the rooms had a good balance of modern and traditional feel.

Our stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Everything was perfect: the beautiful hotel, the incredible location, the atmosphere, the amazing breakfast, and above all, the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Every detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Jamie, Nancy, Midori, Hao, Minh, and Jack Daniel. ❤️ Each of them made our stay even more memorable with their warmth, attention, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel special.

What impressed me most was how sincerely the entire team cared about their guests. Even when it was time to leave, the staff personally came to see us off and say goodbye. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to end our stay.

The hotel boasts a great location and a unique oriental atmosphere. The staff are excellent at assisting with even the smallest requests. The stylish, tasteful rooms are very clean.

Notre chambre avait une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale de Hanoï. Maïs ce qui est à retenir c'est le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel qui a trouvé réponses à toutes nos attentes, depuis notre demande de chauffeur à l'aéroport, j'jusqu'à notre attente en termes de check out retardé cause avion de retour en fin de soirée. Une très belle expérience au cœur de Hanoï ! De surcroit, la vielle ville et le quartier français peuvent se faire à pied depuis l'hôtel, un sacré confort

Very nice Hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are clean and well appointed but honestly not quite 5 star. However, the service, the breakfast and the location make this defiently a five star experience. The view from the rooftop pool is also amazing. Staff did everything they could to make out stay unforgettable. Would definetly stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient location where there are lots of food options and walkable within the old quarter of Ha Noi. The room and bathroom are spacious, it has a rooftop bar that offers a great view to Hoan Kiem lake unless it rains (lol) What stood out to a seasoned traveler like me is the superior services by the service staff, very personable and willing to please. One staff who stood out during my stay was Anna (Phương) who was working at the breakfast restaurant, I noticed that she has a very personable attitude toward all the guests during breakfast. I rarely see that kind of services at the luxury hotels that I have stayed at so my hat off to Anna. There’s an area that hotel management needs to focus is to have the maintenance staff trained. There was a water leak above the commode in my bathroom and it wasn’t fixed properly so the leak happened again a couple of days later. I didn’t know that the hotel will arrange a transportation to the airport for you free of charge until my Grab showed up so the hotel reimbursed me for the cost of my Grab ride. Wow, never had that happened at any hotel I have stayed at until now.

Right in the old town close to night markets and the Cathedral, the hotel is very well situated. The area is a buzz of activity. The hotel has a great breakfast and exceptional staff. We also ate there on the evenings msg for convenience and the food and service were top notch.
Our room was very well appointed. It was very clean and serviced every day.
It was an excellent room for a very keen rate. We can’t praise the staff for their attentiveness and hospitality.

The staff and owners of Oriental Jade need to take a “ Bow” for their outstanding level of hospitality… unfortunately so rarely experienced these days.
My wife and I ( 65 yr old Aussies) stayed 3 nights in a Diamond Jade room and from the moment we stepped out of our hotel organized airport transfer we were warmly welcomed.
After settling in we availed ourselves to the rooftop bar and pool where we met Long. Hospitality obviously runs through his veins and we quickly became very good friends.
Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with a range and quality of choices which would rival many around the world particularly when you consider Oriental Jade is a boutique hotel. Our breakfast experience was certainly enhanced by the friendly and ever efficient Anna and her staff.
Unfortunately I don’t have the names of all the wonderful staff but would also like to give a mention to Elena on the front desk.
The position of the hotel was perfect for us as well.
If I had one minor , in any way negative comment, it would be our personal preference for a softer mattress on the bed though I recognize this is often the case in Asian hotels.

The decor was fantastic and staff were polite and friendly. The location was really good.

An amazing hotel ! I travelled with another family, my husband and 2 children - one nearly an adult . We had an adjoining room . The rooms were exceptional ! Both had spacious bathrooms with a walk in shower. Bedrooms were luxurious, with one of the best beds I have slept on. Breakfast, service from entering the hotel to leaving was outstanding. The infinity pool on top of the hotel overlooks the city. Perfect location, perfect hotel . We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and will return . Thank you for making our stay amazing !
