The construction sound nearby
We loved their breakfast and the room!
We only stayed one night however we enjoyed our stay in this comfortable well located hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. As we needed to head to the airport prior to breakfast the staff thoughtfully made-up some breakfast and coffee for us to go.
Nothing, perhaps it would be nice if they provided a small amount of milk for coffee/tea in the room. Also extra bottles of water than the four small ones in the room as this is needed for drinking as well as teeth cleaning and tea/coffee making the amount wasn’t enough.
Service was 200 stars lol
Just not being allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet but that’s really all of Vietnam 😂
Our experience at The Oriental Jade Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We only stayed for one night, but honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we had to fly back home the next day with our family of four, including our toddler.
The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, and the service from the staff was beyond perfect. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, which made our short stay very comfortable and memorable.
A special thank you to the General Manager, Brian Do, who genuinely cares about guests. He really takes the time to understand your needs and helps from the heart. That kind of service is rare and very much appreciated.
Great location. 2 minites walk to lale, 1 minute to the bustle of the old quarter. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were exception, always smiling. They woild always go above and beyond. At no cost the porter took us to the train and made sure we got to the right place. Would definitely stay again.
The breakfast was delicious. We had a traditional breakfast of pho bo with egg, followed with yogurt and a selection of fruit every morning and all was delicious!
We received great foot massages in their spa, which ended up being more like a half body massage.
The staff were truly some of the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. They let us use the hotel facilities all day as we had a 10 pm night train to Sapa. Their doorman accompanied us to the train station in the taxi and helped get our bags up the 2n d floor of the train station. And they left us with a lovely parting gift. These actions alone far exceeded our expectations!
I can think of nothing that I did not like.
