A tranquil paradise within the bussling old town
Pros:

It was a short overnight trip but my 2nd time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel like royalty when you arrive and depart. The hotel is fresh, modern, classy and clean. The lobby smells great and although you are in the centre of the busy old town it's calm and tranquil inside. Eve to the point of leaving the hotel, they escorted me out, into my taxi and waved goodbye. So classy! Free snacks in the room and very efficient air conditioning.

Cons:

Nothing, it really was wonderful. Only thing to "mention" was that there was no iron and ironing board in the room. I could've asked and they would have brought one but it was late when I arrived and I had an early start so didn't bother. Really a non-issue.

Wonderful stay in Hanoi!!!
Pros:

The hotel location is right within the heart of the old quarter. Having said that, it’s neatly tucked in a corner that’s not overwhelmingly busy. We were met by a wonderful group of hotel staff. The reception staff gave us a very thorough set of instructions and recommendations of places to see and where to eat. We walked to restaurants and Hoa Lo prison museum from the hotel. The hotel is so close to Huan Kiem lake. They were very gracious to accommodate us before the check in time. The staff communication was so on point and we had help with setting up transportation to our next destination in Ninh Binh. The driver was very punctual, quiet, and safe. The manager Brian sent me a follow up message to make sure we made it to Ninj Binh safely. Best service from start to finish!! Thank you so much!!! Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

If you want to visit, Hanoi is the best choice ever

Is the best team ever the best stuff ever? I travel a lot and that was the first time that I feel very safe because the staff was amazing.

Wonderful hotel but *exceptional* staff
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well-located in Ha Noi old quarter within easy walking distance of major spots. The hotel is beautifully decorated in an old style and everything was spotless.

In addition, the staff were absolutely exceptional. The welcome and service were beyond any expectations, and all of the staff were pleasant and kind when dealing with us. We had an early flight so they prepared a breakfast box (including some fruit sushi which was adorable and delicious!), the night staff (porter and desk) were great and attentive despite the time (4.30 am!) and the housekeeping staff were also so cheery and nice during our stay.

Id also like to acknowledge Nancy who helped us out with an additional request - we really appreciated her help!

Cons:

The pool is a little small, you won't be doing any laps! But the view is worth it and the bar has a good selection of drinks and food - but the prices are high for Vietnam

Stay here if you want experience incredible hospitality, great breakfast and a great location.
Pros:

My stay was so enjoyable from start to finish. From the welcoming drink to the incredible breakfast, the beautiful room, the awesome skybar & pool and finally the friendly staff. Every single member that I encountered greeted me with a smile. The location is also fantastic with everything walkable. My new favourite Hanoi hotel.
