Pros:

We stayed at the Oriental Jade Hotel for four nights as a group of three couples and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right near Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, while still being convenient for taxis.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with reliable air conditioning and good water pressure, which was much appreciated after long days of exploring the city.

Breakfast was a highlight for our group. The variety was excellent, offering both Western and Vietnamese options, so everyone found something they enjoyed each morning.

What sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our visit.

Overall, the Oriental Jade Hotel was an excellent choice for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
