Amazing staff!!
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were the most helpful and kind we've ever experienced! The hotel is in a great location. Beds are super comfy, rooms are clean, and the breakfast is really good. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent outside of Hoan Keim Lake. Very prime to explore. Service was excellent, hotel concierge and front desk were very helpful.
Hotel breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Cons:

A Hanoi issue vs. hotel issue, but toilet paper cannot be flushed.

Not a complaint, just an observation.

Very pleasant area and staff. The staff went over and beyond my expectation. They are the reason to stay here.

If you want to stay in Hanoi’s old quarters, this is the place!
Pros:

The Oriental Jade is a cute little hotel right in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarters. We booked a twin room and the staff were able to accommodate our request for a double bed quite close to the stay’s date, which was very nice. Everyone was super attentive, constantly checking if all was well. The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a nice spread of fruit, greens and fresh juices which we very much enjoyed.

Pros:

Os funcionários são inexcedíveis. A localização do hotel também é fantástica. O quarto dentro do registo da cidade é muito bom e dormimos em dois quartos diferentes e duas noites diferentes. A equipa e o seu gerente foram fantásticos em nos permitir checkout tardio sem qualquer tipo de cobrança. Quando voltar a Hanoi, ficarei neste hotel.
