We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect central location and a comfortable quiet room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh with a great selection, and good coffee. Close to turtle lake for morning and evening walks. Thanks to everyone. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Oriental Jade Hotel was such a lovely stay for us! The rooms are comfortable and have nice bathrooms and the rooftop pool and bar are great. What really makes it stand out is the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Bestes Hotel in Hanoi. Die Lage ist genial, dennoch ist es ruhig und sehr geräumig. Der Pool im 12. Stock ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich wurde so herzlich empfangen und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet. Das beste Hotel während meiner Rundreise durch Vietnam.

The staff are amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. It is in a great location, walking distance to the lake and many bars and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool.

A pleasant stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel

Best choice for Staying at old town Hanoi near Hoan Kiem Dist.
Room is great with good breakfast serve,hotel staff are super friendly,introduce and explain map and tips for touring surrounding hotel ,speaking English and well trained .I had a pleasant exchange with Jolene Do DGM.My husband received a complimentary Birthday cake and wine during the stay.Thank you for the souvenir Miss Do,we will definitely visit again.

We booked Oriental Jade based on online reviews and found out that it truly deserves its No.1 ranking. From the moment we checked in until we left for our flight home, they made us feel that we're really well looked after. Small gestures that makes a big difference for a tired traveller at the end of a busy day. It's the service and hospitality that stands out but the facilities and amenities are also worth mentioning. They even have a shoe ckeaning/shining machine at the waiting area which I dont see in other hotels anymore.😊 We'll definitely stay in Oriental Jade again on our next trip to Hanoi. Thanks to all the wonderful staff special mention to the manager,Mr.Brian whose hospitality is really outstanding. Kudos and thanks a lot to everyone.

Wonderful stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Wonderful experience in all possible ways. Great staff that was always willing to help out. Recommend a room with a view of the church and bring your swimsuit for the rooftop pool (and bar).

Spectacular Visit. Went above and beyond.
Pros:

The nicest hotel with the most kind people. We stayed here a few nights and then went on a cruise in Ha Long Bay. They kept a few pieces of luggage for us without any issues and then we came back and stayed another night. The people there are so warm and friendly. The rooftop pool is an amazing escape from the heat. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable.

They also went above and beyond for us when we forgot our passports in our hotel safe. They arranged a courier to bring us our passports at the airport so we would not miss our flight. The front desk attendant gave me his personal cell phone number along with the cell phone number of the courier to make sure everything was taken care of in a professional manner. They did not have to do that. We were already checked out and they could’ve just treated us as if we were no longer their customers. Instead, they treated us like family. I will be eternally grateful to them.
