I enjoy the stay but you need to replace the pillows.
Pros:

The hotel room was nice and clean. It was what I expected.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were terrible. They were too soft and too small. They need replacing.

Loved the location. Clean & quiet area. Nicely decorated for Halloween 🎃

Cons:

There was a hole in our bathroom door and no soap to wash our hands. All the hand sanitizer machines were empty.

Nice stay but a few hiccups.
Pros:

On the whole it was a good experience. Staff was nice and accommodating. Slight mixed communication on breakfast times. We were told 6am but when we got there it was 630 for breakfast.

Cons:

Room was clean and maintained. Queen bed was very hard to sleep in. Had a ridge in the middle and rolled one way or the other depending on the side. Very firm mattress as well. Also found two stink bugs in the room.

Pros:

I loved how they decorated thier venue area with Halloween themed stuff with lights , it was beautiful family oriented place to be , the staff were exceptionally great and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know that has family’s and are looking to stay in the Gettysburg area location , the owner manager was a very pleasant man and his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to us all.

Cons:

I don’t have any negative thoughts about the property because I beleive it is the best place Ive stayed at in a very long time in that area. So there is nothing negative in nature to be concerned with at all .

The property was clean, comfortable, had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and they offer breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The things I did not like was the fact that the deadbolt on the door was broken and that there was a big indentation on the edge of the shower tub and i was afraid water was going to get in the crack and leak on the ceiling.

The room was clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the building was dated and had a musty smell. The outside of the building smelled of smoke and weed.

Cons:

room seemed clean on surface but sheet rock was peeling, had a funky smell in room, laundry machines smelled horrible and washer leaked water in floor, lamp shades were crumbling, torn and taped together. Was okay for one night but would not reccommend or stay there again.

Pros:

The room had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. With it being a pet friendly hotel, the carpet in the room was heavily stained. They were doing renovations, which is great, but seeing the dumpster full of trash and matresses was not an appealing first impression.

They did not have a hot tub, even though the websidte,stated they did.. when asked was told that it was taken out 4 yrs ago.. front staff was friendly, facility was clean. The breakfast was not up to par, was cold ceral, nothjng hot such as egg, sausage and or backn.. will not book again.

Pros:

Paid for a single bed room non-smoking room was not available.Had to have a double bed room instead. Problem with the AC unit not working properly. No toilet paper. But the staff was attentive to our needs.
