Cons:

The facility is getting old with some broken pluming, loose drain plug, worn out electrical outlets which don't hold the plugs in. Several light bulbs were burned out above the wash basin.
It was impossible to use microwave because of the too short chord that doesn't reach to any of the outlets.
TV was unplugged and it was difficult to plug in because of the outlet hidden behind a dresser, so we couldn't use it.

A disaster that we checked out and went to another hotel.

Cons:

Trash in 3 13 gallon clear see garbage bags just outside our door. Told desk clerk, and his response was that it would be cleaned up later that night. Also, door to our room was not completely secured. Toilet stopped up. Husband tried to get another room, but motel was already full. Husband was able to get us a room at another hotel.

It was better than average.
Pros:

Everything in our main room was great. The breakfast was better than good. Overall it was better than average.

Cons:

Except for the fact that it was very roomie, the bathroom left much to be desired. The cheap low-flow toilet was horrible. We had to use a plunger on 2 occasions, and the tank part seemed on the verge of coming off. On 2 of the mornings there was no hot water, and our 3 night stay didn't rate us any maid service.
