Solo por esta calle pero por todo lo demás perfecta

Es muy bonito lugar, la limpieza del cuarto muy bien, me encanto el aromatizante que linen en tu cuarto a elegir!! El personal muy amable siempre

Una de las calles en donde está el hotel se ve un poco insegura que no creo que lo sea pero te causa esto a la primera impresión

Hermosa hacienda para descansar y disfrutar Atlixco
Pros:

-Lugar muy bien mantenido y muy limpio
-Cuarto amplio y acogedor en el casco antiguo de la hacienda
-Encanto de la hacienda
-Jardin con dos albercas
-Restaurante La Troje con comida mexicana tradicional delicioso (tanto para el desayuno como para la cena)
-Personal muy amable

Cons:

-Incidente con el room service (45 min después de haber solicitado un chocolate caliente, varias veces, no llegaba...lo terminé pidiendo al restaurante).
-El ultimo dia, alguien del personal nos dijo que no iba a ver servicio de desayuno después las 11:00 am así que nos apuramos en salir de la alberca, arreglarnos etc...y al final, después de la 11:00 am, gente seguia llegando para desayunar. Fue un rush estresante e innecesario para nosotros. Quizás, seria bueno mejorar la comunicación.

Cons:

Solo como sugerencia nos cambiamos de cuarto ya que el jacuzzi estaba en la parte de atras pero esta al descubierto y hay un árbol el problema no es eso, sino que estaría bien algun domo para que cuando llueva se pueda ocupar el jacuzzi porque de otra forma no se puede ocupar en tiempo de lluvia ya que cae agua y basura

An outstanding stay and a truly luxurious experience, I absolutely loved it.
