This is super value for money. Very central location, great staff and the breakfast was very good for Buenos Aires, we had booked the sister hotel but was moved to this hotel instead by the company, it was a great alternative.
when I arrived, the hotel was locked and I was told I was rebooked at a "sister" hotel for the same price (lie). I thought she told me she was paying for a hotel to get us there (she didn't speak English, and my Spanish is only so-so); only to find out our cabbie requesting money at the end (no cc, and I had no pesos). The whole event was exhausting and a bit scary (as we had no idea where the cabbie was taking us).
Great location and very neat and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location is wonderful and the service is great. The room is spacious, well organized, with all the resources we need.
The breakfast is good, but there isn't much variety.
Overall, 562 Nogaró is definitely worth staying at! Conbgratulations for the staff.
Bueno lo único que deben remplazar la unidad central de aire .
Hotel location is great! Room is spacious and clean. Very helpful front desk staff!
.
The lobby and breakfast area were new and modern. The rooms themselves were perfectly fine, but less modern.
En mal estado, desayuno muy básico, el aire acondicionado se prende a pedido…
Excellent location. Less than average breakfast. Very kind check-in staff. Lesser kind waiters.
.
This is not a 4-Star hotel, as they advertise. This is more like 2.5 to 3-Star hotel. The breakfast was just simple, like only ham and cheese, cereal, fruits and bread, no eggs or hot food. Al
First off, the property was in a terrific location! Being able to walk to significant sites and good resturants was a perk. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room on the 9th floor was so quiet and well appointed. Completely delighted with the days spent at this hotel!
Great price and location, a block away from Casa Rosada and the cathedral among other attractions. Situated right next to the metro. Lots of dining options around.
It’s an old building with some updated features. The elevator is tiny and a little Claustrophobic. Breakfast is included but is VERY basic and has very few options, no hot food is provided and is exactly the same everyday. If you are staying more than a couple days, this is an issue.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have stayed here on business and it’s fine for a short stay. All in all good value for an economy hotel.
Hotel viejo
The location is superb. Never felt unsafe in this area, nor anywhere in Buenes Aires, actually. The rooms are fine; however, the rooms on the 9th floor near the service elevator and the AC blowers are LOUD! After three nights they gave me another room. So, if they give you a 9th floor room, kindly ask for a different room. The staff was fantastic. And as far as breakfast, I thought it was fine. I was a first-timer to Buenes Aires. I would stay here again, just not on the 9th floor!
Staff was super helpful. Made tour arrangements through hotel, which saved me a bunch of money. They helped with money exchange. Safe and secure.
The lobby and restaurant looked modern, but my room at least looked a little need of some TLC.
I spent 4 nights there and found the hotel to be well located to most tourist attractions and shopping districts.
Unfortunately the elevators are very small, only enough for 2 people with small luggage.
During my stay, I think one of the elevators was out of action for a little while, but as I was on the 2nd floor,it wasn't too much of an issue to walk the stairs.
Breakfast was just OK, not great, but still OK.
This hotel is very well located; about 5mins from Plaza De Mayo. However the rooms are tired and require some refurbishment. The bathroom in particular was rather uncomfortable and took a while to receive hot water, and at times there was none at all! Breakfast was ok. Overall, for the price we paid it was an acceptable stay.
Many staff can not speak English. The room space is very limited. Air condition very weak. Breakfast has very few selection.
The cheapest hotel in downtown Buenos Aires, but it doesn't show. The hotel is fine. Except, maybe, my room had no AC control (the AC for the entire floor had to be turned ON or OFF) and the breakfast buffet that lacked variety.
Overall I had a nice stay.
