The NH Geneva Airport hotel offers a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (in case of delay, please call the hotel). Please note the following schedule for the shuttle service: from 05:50 to 15:50 every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 23:40 every 30 minutes.
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that the hotel was fully renovated in June 2023.
Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of CHF 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.
Please note that as a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Staff was responsive, warm and professional and available to help us book taxis.
No real options to dine locally when it rains except at the on-site restaurant, which charged an overpriced CHF 10 for a bottle of still water when I'd asked for regular water. Shuttle didn't run early enough so had to pay 25 CHF for a 6 minute ride to the terminal. This was my responsibility, so next time I'll ask up front how much for taxi to the airport terminal when staying at an "Airport Hotel" and factor this into overall cost of the stay.

L’acceuil chaleureux, l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité du dîner et le petit déjeuner (un choix excellent) et l’efficacité de l’établissement. L’emplacement est très bien pour des déplacements à l’aéroport et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le shuttle gratuit.
Highly convenient hotel with a reliable half-hourly airport shuttle and a very helpful driver. Check-in and Check-out experience was smooth and pleasant. As a Titanium elite, the upgrade to a Junior Suite was highly appreciated. The rooms are clean and spacious.
However, a rude and unfriendly staff member on the second day when we enquired about additional complementary bottled water (who spoke in short, unhelpful sentences without making eye contact) brought down what would have otherwise been a flawless 5-star experience.
The staff were very helpful and we were able to check in very early to rest which I appreciated because I arrived with a terrible migraine. The breakfast was very good, rooms very clean, bed very comfortable!
