Important information:

The NH Geneva Airport hotel offers a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (in case of delay, please call the hotel). Please note the following schedule for the shuttle service: from 05:50 to 15:50 every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 23:40 every 30 minutes.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the hotel was fully renovated in June 2023.

Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of CHF 25 per pet per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Please note that as a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Nice clean Hotel with hot showers and comfortable beds.
Pros:

Not as close as I expected but they have a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Only a McDonald’s as an optional restaurant within walking distance and a shopping mall with a little cafeteria style restaurant as well as ALDI and other stores. We ended up eating at their restaurant which was ok but expensive.

Cons:

The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and I told the front desk. It had not been addressed by the time we left but they put in another request and it was fixed when we returned from our walk.

Very good stay no complaints and would stay again oh just one thing could have done with a weighing

Very helpful & friendly. Our friend left his toilet bag there and they were happy to assist and send it with the airport shuttle.

El trato del personal es extraordinario, te lo facilitan todo, tranfer para ir y volver al aeropuerto ,te hacen un pass para utilizar en todos los transportes públicos ,durante todo el dia por 10 Fr.el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de un centro comercial justo al lado,también la parada de tranvía, con lo que llegas al centro en 15 minutos y a disfrutar de la Ciudad

Très agréable escapade

ALors de notre séjour, le percolateur ne fonctionnait pas. La place de parking non compris & cher
