Nice hotel but be prepared to wait for your room

L’emplacement : métro au pied de l’hôtel, on arrive très rapidement au centre de Manhattan (15 à 20 mn) et Williamsburg est un quartier de New York très sympa

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage sont quelquefois distraites : oublie de faire le ménage ou serviettes manquantes
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très bruyante, demander une chambre sur l’arrière de l’hôtel

A/C did not work and room was over 80 degrees, there was a loud buzzing noise that never stopped in the bathroom, there were only two pillows and hardly any blankets, there were bugs in the bathroom. highly uncomfortable and would like a partial refund

Nos dieron una habitación 630) sin buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a otra, pero el administrador nos tocó, en forma insistente la puerta a las 12.39 am para el asegurarse q nosotros estábamos en la habitación (530 ), teniendo la habitación telefono, el personal que nos atendió esa noche del 31 de abril en horas de la noche, no nos atendió correctamente , dándonos la atención personalizada que cualquier huésped tiene q tener.

Confort et bien situé
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’emplacement est bien, à proximité du métro. Un diner ouvert 24/7 est juste à côté donc très pratique pour manger à n’importe quelle heure.

Not really worth the price
Pros:

The location was good. Overall the hotel was updated.

Cons:

Our bathroom had a gnat infestation and there were no wash cloths. I went to the reception to get some and made sure to get extra. When housekeeping came to clean, they didn't take out the trash and they took all the clean wash cloths that I left hanging on the towel rack. Any dirty towels were piled on the floor so not sure why they took everything else. I made it work but it was really disappointing. If I have to stay here again I would, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
