10/10 will stay again
Pros:

Honestly loved this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful but in a low-key way - shout out Chandler. Facilities are excellent - pool has sun all day and has a cool vibe. Gym is great. Rooms are a great size and have everything you need. Location is perfect. Close to shops, food, bars, subway is 10 minutes to Manhattan. Cannot fault this place I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't love was the coffee pods and machines in the room but no biggie, we just ordered cappuccinos via room service.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The location was great for my needs, the hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the coffee was at the main lobby bar was excellent.

Cons:

My dissappointment was the comfort of the room. I was surpised that there was only a plastic desk chair to relax in other than the bed. For the price of the room I expected at least a comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV, Read a book, etc.

Tired looking Hotel
Pros:

This hotel looks unkept from the check in front desk, the rooms and the rooftop pool. Just seemed dirty. Rooms are bare bones and banged up. For the price they are charging no amenities. The rooftop pool is mainly just locals who are paying for a day or summer pass. And guest of the hotel does not take priority. Also trash on the ground and dead plants in the planter can someone not water the plants? And please throw the dead ones out. Check is 3:00 but at 2:45 they still didn’t have clean rooms available.

Just 2 Bottles of plain water ( 16 ounces each charged $ 17.00 dollars is way out of mind.

Mostly excellent stay. This will be my GO TO hotel when I come to Brooklyn
Pros:

The room was cool and comfy. Loved the pool so much

Cons:

I was in town to visit with my son and his family prior to my having surgery. I was very disappointed that they were unable to join me at the pool and we were told it was a cost of $100 dollars each for a visitor. Children were not allowed in the pool. We did have finally have a very nice poolside lunch.
