A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Parking is paid at the hotel directly, and it costs CAD 20.00+HST per night, per vehicle.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice hotel away from the crowds
Pros:

Good location away from the busy tourist area of the Falls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!!!
Pros:

One of the best stays I've ever had in my life was at this hotel. I've stayed in other Ramadas and I find they're out-dated, but not this one. We stayed in a two-queen suite and I found the rooms very spacious, I loved that they offer a fridge and microwave. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice, yes there is a fee for parking, but that's usual. The hotel had a pool which was really nice, it was slightly heated, great after a busy day of sight-seeing. As far as noise is concerned, you're next to the highway, so it can be a little noisy, especially at night, we rarely heard our neighbors except in the hallway, which wasn't too bad. Overall the room was very clean, great value and overall a great atmosphere. The only downfall that we encountered was there was no breakfast option (only available on weekends) which would've been nice if they told us upon check-in. Overall we had a great trip and we'll definitely be back!!!

Car was broken into in their parking lot
Pros:

The hotel was ok for this price range. We had to return to the front desk several times to get our key card renewed as we couldn’t get in the room.
My car was broken into overnight on May 8, 2026. I reported this to the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised and provided me with the police number to report the incident.
Parking is $20 per night and I was parked at the side of the hotel under a light.

I would like to keep staying more than one or two days.
Pros:

I like these hotel rooms so I’d give it 10/10. I love that the hotel is really cozy.

Cons:

I don’t like the way that the room has a mess and I don’t want to leave it mess. I just want a room to be cleaned up perfectly clean. Sometimes I didn’t like when the charger is really slow because it really sometimes it works and sometimes not.

My stay at the Ramada was amazing.

First time staying with Ramada and it was impressive
Pros:

Free upgrade to a bigger room even though it was two double beds as they didn’t have king bed room type for traveller with pet.

Cons:

$20 parking. It should be free to incentivize people to stay at this hotel.

Misinformation. Ruined my plans for my husbands birtjsay!

Wouldnt know on your queations and answers, there is questions about cash deposit and the answer is yes multiple times I read yes, cash deposit was fine. I haven't called there a couple months back and asked about cash deposit. And whoever was working said yes, it was fine. But then when I tried the book the other day, I kept getting an email. Saying credit card deposit credit card deposit and that I was going to be charged the full amount because I wasn't being able to pay with credit card. So my experience with your motel was horrible
