A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great hotel. Chose this hotel as it is pet friendly. Wonderful reception workers and custodian is so nice and friendly. Had an issue with the hot water and it didn’t take longer than 10 mins to have someone come to our room and fix it. Cleaning ladies were super friendly! Only wish that the pool wasn’t in the basement and had windows, but again it was amazing.

Pillows are not comfortable, feathers.
Second time staying there with our dog, friendly staff, ample parking, always cozy and clean! our room was spacious with 2 TVs and a microwave.
Location is close to a mall and many restos. The coffeeshop at the lobby is a win too.

Way too expensive for location and for experience.
Cost too high, could have went somewhere closer to the falls for cheaper for what was given. I've been to many hotels around, this was too pricey in comparison.

My friends who stayed the other room I reserve found a cockroach in the pillows. Otherwise it’s all good the rest of our stay

There was no breakfast, both the advertised restaurants closed. Outdoor pool was closed and not under construction. Resort fees charged for no amenities which is very frustrating. The room was clean and fine.
