Pros:

Best 3 star hotel in India and even better than some 4 stars I’ve stayed at. First of all the property is new, so everything is clean and in proper working order. The front desk staff speaks enough English to speak clearly with an american, so does the entire restaurant staff. The hotel boys were great! I highly recommend this property to any foreigners, or anyone staying in Bangalore needing to be by the airport. If you plan on needing to go to the city, this place won’t be for you because it’s far out. The only problems I had staying here were with outside services they arranged. I had laundry done & was told it would be ready 6 hours later. It wasn’t ready until about 24 hours later and was still wet, and had a foul odor. Also the front desk staff arranged a driver for 4 hours & told me that if I go over o would need to pay more, and if I needed him less the price would be accordingly. Well, I only used 1hr/45 minutes of the 4 hours and the driver wanted full price. Not the hotel’s fault, but needs to be more clear & coordinated better. Love, love, love this hotel! I’ll be back for anytime I need something by the airport in Bangalore.
