Very nice and clean ,just right by The Piotrkowska street ,amazing breakfast specially pancakes ,frindly staff at the reception, device to order the cab ,no need to call ,really good and highly recommended.
I haven't even gone to bed and I'm disappointed. The apartment has a number of lights that won't turn on so it's pretty dark in the large living room, and it's very cold. When I called the reception to complain, the woman said everything must be in order because it was when they cleaner came earlier, and in any case she couldn't do anything now. She also insisted the apartment was at 18 degrees, which is the minimum legal temperature for hotel rooms (!). It was very cold, we sat in our coats. Finally I had the idea to turn on the oven and leave the door open, as a last resort to warm up a bit. (Also: the wifi is very spotty, and the outlets are ridiculously positioned above my height over the couch, nowhere near the table where one would want to work with a computer). This isn't what I expect for 250 PLN.
The property has a nice design putting in value an old tenement house and the pre-war time design. The location is excellent next to the main street of Łódź, with many restaurants and places worth the visit.
The room was small and not very cosy or functional. The bathroom with bath but no shower curtain.
The additional bed, which was reserved ahead, was not prepared.
I've not used accommodation similar to The Good Time Aparthotel in the UK. It's not a hotel, nor an air B & B, but has advantages of both. It's greatest asset is location together with a building full of character making it a great place to stay. The building clearly had a former use and retains some of the original features. It's at the centre of Lodz's evening culture, bars and restaurants / cafés are close to hand, but it still manages to preserve a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is available amongst a wide choice of nearby venues and the rooms are equipped for basic self catering. Lack of a lift means tackling the dated stairs. (I was on the third floor). English speaking staff are helpful and friendly. Overall an interesting and convenient place to stay which I enjoyed visiting.
Great location, very helpful hosts. Clean rooms with big windows. Recommend and check in with the next trip.
I booked an apartment here for two nights. It is an old fashioned traditional building with plenty of antique furniture. The floors are uneven and creaky which is part of the charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. The building is in an excellent location in an alley about ten metres from Piotrkowska. I thoroughly recommend this property
Hotel situato in centro comodo per ristoranti e per visitare. Parcheggio convenzionato 10 minuti a piedi. Struttura vecchio stile ma rinnovata l’appartamento confortevole in cucina accessoriata. Consiglio vivamente.
Great place for business or pleasure trip in Lodz.
Located in the main street the room was clean, front desk supportive, atmosphere relaxing.
The room was cold, but with help from the towel drying rack we managed to get the heat up to something acceptable. I did have all we needed for our stay though, and most importantly warm water for the showers.
I don't know if the staff in the reception had a bad day, but they weren't really friendley when we arrived, however more friendly on departure day.
The location of the apartment is as central as can be, which makes it easy to explore the central part of the city on foot.
Free coffes and chocolates drinks.
This place is lovely and in the main street of Lodz.
+ lovely athmostphere
+ great location, the main street of Lodz
+ small, stylish and tidy room
+ good mattress
+ small fridge and kettle
+ many restaurants and shops just outside of the place.
- no fan or AC > hot inside at night
- area is noisy until restaurants close as there are many restaurants on the street AND on the inner courtyard
- you can hear all noise also from the stairs and corridors, would be good to remind people to be quiet when they get back there at nigh
- if a professional place like this ask customers sign different papers those should be also translated in some other languages too (can't expect people to be fluent in Polish)
I loved this place and would return.
Extremely poor internet. In the room there is furniture just made of "naked" plywood. No handles for cabinets under the sink. Entire room style was too rustically.
Do not be fooled by the high ranking..it is not #1 in Łódź. I knew it was too good to be true for the price we paid ($50/night). The hotel is inside this old wooden house, so everything squeaks. Soundproofing is terrible, as you can hear your neighbors walking. The bathroom had this weird smell, and it is possible due to the vent cover that fell during the first minute that we stepped into the room. We also didn’t have hot water during our stay (we tried both the night time and the day after). There are five parking spots right outside the hotel at 27 zlotys. But there is no reservation system, so if you take your car out of the lot, it is hard to know if the spot will be there when you return. It poured during the one night we were staying; we asked for an umbrella, but the hotel didn’t have any. If there are worrying about people stealing it, they can ask for a deposit. But not having something as essential as an umbrella just dumbfounded me. The room wasn't very clean as I spotted spider web. The only positive thing about this hotel was the location, but I would recommend staying elsewhere if you are looking for a restful stay.
Purpose of trip was to see a soccer game. Accommodation was superb. We have no complaints. Breakfast was really good, with a good varied choice.
The only issue I can notify you of is the satelite address of the Accommodation. Our driver on arrival and departure was unable to drop us of at the hotel, as the details entered into map, as per the booking confirmation were not accurate. 100 yards from hotel but not at the door
No elevator.
Personally I think this place looks good on the pictures and terrible in real life. There is lack of maintenance and literally looks grabby.
Rooms are so bad and just poor quality.
We stayed in an "apartment" which was so bad I felt cheated on money that I had to pay for this room! No lift, noisy flooring and you can hear any noise around. I wonder how this is accommodated to disabled people or someone with pram?
On the positive note the staff are friendly which really helps.
Przyjazna obsługa, pomocna we wszystkich problemach.

Room on the 4th floor.
Superior location. This place is located on the alley right on the main street and it's very quiet there. There are only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.
There is no elevator but the stairs and the entire indoor are very authentic.
Room. We had a standard room with 3 separate beds (power sockets near each) equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc.
Restroom. Shower stall, serpentine heater, all needed things for shower including towels, shampoo, and soap. No disposable slippers, however.
Temperature was comfortable eventhough it was - 2-5 C° outside.
Personnel was friendly and helpful. By the way, 24/7 reception!
Good hotel for its price and we will definitely use it again next time in Lodz.
The only issue was a wi-fi signal but this didn't ruin the stay there :)
Thank you for the service!
The hotel was located on the very popular street. It is close to tourist attractions in walking distance. The room was very clean. They offer plates, glassesses, microwave oven, kettle etc. The lobby is amazing with free coffee machine!
