Ao entrar no quarto tive a sensação que o último hospede saiu e eles nem sequer trocaram a roupa de cama. Estava tudo amarrotado e faltando o virol. Pedi pra trocar tudo e eles simplesmente trouxeram mais 1 lençol pra cobrir.

O quarto nao estava tão limpo assim, banheiros com os rejuntes sujos, tinha que pedir pra ligar agua quente no quarto, pedir toalhas a mais, sendo que a reserva eram para duas pessoas.. luzes piscando, tivemos que trocar de quarto porque acabou luz, cafe da manha quando fomos as mesas todas sujas, sem nenhuma limpa para tomarmos cafe, tinha acabado cafe sem acucar, nao estavam repondo as comidas..
