From the very beginning, your competitive pricing for both sleeping rooms and banquet facilities made it possible for classmates traveling from across the country to attend without financial burden. As plans evolved — even with some last-minute staffing changes on the banquet side — you and your team remained flexible, responsive, and proactive.
From the moment we arrived, the property was fresh, impeccably clean, and inviting — a perfect backdrop for renewing old friendships.
Behind the scenes, the “back-of-house” team worked very hard to ensure every detail was perfect. Our sleeping rooms were spacious, bright, and spotless, and the expanded banquet space allowed classmates who hadn’t seen each other in years to move comfortably, share stories, and create new memories.
You personally guided our event, which exceeded our expectations. Having worked with many sales and catering professionals throughout my career, I can say without hesitation that your attention to detail, calm professionalism, and sincere care for our group were extraordinary. This was never “just another event” to you or your staff — it felt personal, and that made all the difference.

I have never stayed at a hotel where you could hear every single noise the people next to you or above you made. It was terrible - not sure if it was the structure of the building or what. I will never stay here again.

Very clean and hospitable, short distance from our venue and very satisfied with area and eateries

Robinson at the desk was a real gentleman. All the staff was courteous and friendly.

Location

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A good location for the two events I attended, one in Waukesha and the other in Milwaukee.

Ice machine wasn’t working on our floor

Greed in having an incidental charge this is just wrong. These hotels are already raking in billions in profit and probably profiting from insurance claims on top of bogus surcharges.

This hotel is one of the worst in my 900 lifetime stays with Hilton.

Room was very dirty, outdated by 20+ years, and the worst part was I killed bugs my first 2 nights there, 1 in liv room and 1 in the bedroom my 2nd night.

No way management doesn’t know. If it were a clean hotel, I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but this place is filthy.

Sitting on the couch you can smell the stink in the room, most likely the carpet.
