Very good experience !
Pros:

Friendly and helpful front desk ( especially Aymane !) and dining room staff, rooms were clean, location is great. I appreciated the nice touch of sending me birthday tokens.
Sufficient supply of breakfast items.

Cons:

The quality of some of the breakfast items could be better - eg runny eggs and dry patties

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains ainsi que l'accueil du personnel. Gens polis et souriants.

Cons:

Ce que j'ai moins apprécié est le buffet déjeuner. Il y avait peu de choix. Le lait était tiède (vous devriez le mettre dans des sceaux de glace). J'ai même dû jeter mon verre de lait qui avait un goût douteux.

Peu de choix de pain et de bagels. Pas de pommes de terre pour accompagner les œufs.

Mais celà ne m'empêcherait pas de retourner à cet hôtel!

Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms and super comfortable beds.
Pros:

The room was very nice! Spacious with a nice kitchen even though I was not able to take advantage of it. The bed was very comfortable and the same with the pillows which allowed me to sleep nicely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with some nice healthy options. The location of the hotel was central and easy to get around.

Cons:

The only complaint about the room is the windows felt like they allowed noise from the outside in and I could hear the road workers outside in the morning.
The other note was about the parking that it is not attached to the hotel and it is separate so you have to walk outside to get to the hotel. Not a major issue, however I was checking in late night & leaving early morning and was looking for a hotel with underground parking so I could check-in & check-out easily.

Personnel super accueillant
Pros:

L’accueil a été formidable notre chambre était prête lorsque nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et l’emplacement est parfait

Pros:

The location was perfect 👌 wirh the metro close by . Lots of restaurants to choose from. Very reasonable rates at the public parking not far from the hotel.
The room was spotless and quiet cosidering you are right downtown . The beds were very comfortable .
Free breakfast was a bonus !

Cons:

That there was no pool or sauna...
