Comfortable and Conveniently Located
Pros:

Everything went well from the moment we arrived. Check-in was prompt and the receptionist was kind and courteous. Our room on the 6th floor was located on a very quiet area and the room itself was nice, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread has plenty of choices to select from to satisfy anyone.

Happy we chose the Kahler Inn and Suites for our recent atay

On our recent Mayo visit, we decided to stay at the Kahler Inn & Suites and give it a second try. We had stayed there a few years ago and found the facility to be run down and the front desk staff to be short tempered and surly. One of the front desk workers told us that if we wanted to stay at a nice hotel, why didn’t we stay at the Kahler Grand? We decided to give Kahler Inn a second try this time and we were extremely pleased that the hotel seem to be much cleaner, but even better, the front desk staff was amazingly helpful. While everyone was great, Robin deserves a special shout out. She really stepped up and helped us with a small housekeeping issue. Front Desk staff are a hotel’s opportunity to make or break a stay for its guests and the front staff at this hotel should make any General Manager proud. Well done.

Very helpful and convenient for Mayo appointments
Pros:

We have had a wonderful experience. My daughter is here for medical at mayo clinic and this location has been perfect! Robin, at the front desk, has been incredibly helpful! I would recommend this hotel for any medical visit to Rochester Mayo.

I want to mention Collin who works at the wonderful morning breakfast on second floor. My husband & I have been there several times as my husband has been a patient at Mayo Clinic. I have seen Collin at his work several times and want to commend him for working hard & doing a great job. He is a great employee at your hotel! Thank you Collin!!

Great stay at Kahler Inn, excellent hospitality.
Pros:

The Kahler Inn & Suites was quick and convenient for our Mayo Clinic appointments. The front desk staff named Robin was very kind and was one of the most hospitable Kahler staff members we had the pleasure to meet. Robin was patient and nice and helped us find the room type our dear Mom needed to rest after Mayo Clinic appointments. Thank you Robin and Kahler staff.
