Foarte dezamăgit - nu recomand -
micul dejun foarte slab, comparativ cu alți ani, țânțari în cameră/ restaurant/ piscină , șopârle care merg pe pereți și pot intra în cameră , dacă ți geamul deschis, ospatrul de la restaurant mic de înălțime și cu barba, ff arogant, i-am cerut un sprite de 4 ori, si tot nu a adus, a trebuit sa rog alt ospatar, reclama mare pentru mâncarea, dar nu este pe măsură, piscină nesupravegheată , patul dublu cu o saltea foarte dură, și din cauza ca este pliabil, i ți cad pernele in acel gol pat/perete , in curte spate terasa apartment, iarba neîngrijită multe frunze pe jos lângă masă și scaune.
V-am explicat la toți recepționerii, manageri, ca am rezervat pt familia mea la hotel dumneavoastră, în loc să merg la vila neroli cu fratele și ceilalți prieteni, și rău am făcut , pentru ca fetița mea de 9 ani nu a vrut sa mai stea separat de mama ei, adică să meargă la neroli Florența cu celati copii, a adormit cu mama și frați ei, la apartamentul 6 , dar mi-ați imputat sà platesc 160€ pt camera 7 , pentru care nici măcar nu am avut cartela ! adică bani platiți degeaba , nu cred ca va îmbogațiți dvs cu o plata 160€ pentru care nici macar nu a folosit-o nimeni, nici curățenie nu ați făcut, adică bani încasați gratis, nu știu ce politică aveți dvs, probabil politica dvs interna să mai luați ceva bani , pt camerele neocupate
Păcat ca nu știți să vă țineți clienți fideli aproape, care au revenit, dar sigur nu vom mai reveni, niciodată

Es ist ein schön gelegenes, und sehr sauberes Ressort, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Für ein Biermischgetränk ( Radler) 0,4 l, das man dort nicht kennt und nach Erklärung erhielt musste ich am Nachmittag auf einem Plastikmöbel im Garten sitzend 15 EUR bezahlen.

È un bellissimo posto, sulla collina. La vista era bellissima, il posto molto tranquillo, solo 30/45 minuti da Firenze. Parcheggio Beccaria è ottimo.
