Fun for a short stay but shortfalls noted above make a longer stay less than ideal.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Warm, comfortable and homey feeling with a contemporary, clean look.

Cons:

Small sink area, no countertop in bathroom. Could be fixed with some ledges and shelving.
No desk area in bedroom. Could be fixed with a swing out writing table from wall.
Needs a room/area to stretch even if no gym.

Boutique hotel, beautifully appointed, generous sized rooms with very comfy beds and most of all, we found all staff to be very friendly and accommodating.

Just everything, from the moment you enter their property you’re treated as a VIP. The staff is so welcoming and professional and customer oriented. The room was spacious and clean with a mini breakfast/snack area on the same floor. If there is anything we needed their staff was there to help. We’ve been coming to Greenport for years and this was our favorite hotel. Highly recommend!

Pros:

One of my top 5 most enjoyable stays at a hotel. Mario connected us with Steve from Founders Oysters for an amazing charter experience. Mario was so knowledgeable and took ownership of his job like it was his business. John was so great too - he kept us laughing as we changed our check out multiple times he was able to accommodate our work schedule with ease.

A nice clean establishment, with lovely staff. It was just a room. Not an expetience.
Pros:

Location in town was very good, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lacking views of waterfront. Roof deck was nice but again you could not see the view when seated.

Cons:

For the money, it was a spartan, clean room in a nice facility with accommodating staff. The rooms needed a few luxurious touches, artwork, etc. The view of a parking lot was not ideal.
