Muss nicht sein, es gibt deutlich angenehmere Alternativen

Gut von der Autobahn aus erreichbar
Kurze Wege zur S-Bahn

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption überfordert, Einchecken dauert trotz Check-in vorab bis zu 10 Minuten
Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, die Ausstattung ist auf unterdurchschnittlichen Niveau
Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls Standard

Lovely hotel for a short trip to Hamburg
Pros:

Super friendly stuff, the rooms are clean, very comfortable. Really good showers and amenities.
It’s a short walk from the metro/train station and buses. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

The location has its pros and cons, you need to take some sort of transportation to get to the city, or walk 1pm if you’re not having breakfast at the hotel for example.

Sehr zentrale Lage.
Die U3 ist nicht weit zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr pro Nacht von 29 Euro ist nicht verhältnismäßig.
Als Gast im Hotel muss es auch die Möglichkeit geben günstig zu parken.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Haltestelle Berliner Tor mit mehreren U und S Bahn Linien in der Nähe

Cons:

Bedingt durch eine Baustelle war der Zugang zum Hotel erschwert. Der Zimmerservice war für den Preis von 164.00 € pro Tag überhaupt nicht zufrieden stellend. Am ersten Tag wurden das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (Ökologischer Fußabdruck) Am 2. Tag nach Aufforderung. Am 3.Tag fehlten die Handtücher. Die Betten waren nur oberflächlich gemacht und die Böden wurden während des Aufenthaltes von 5 Tagen nicht gesäubert. Leergut stand die komplette Zeit im Zimmer. Die Milch zum Kaffee fehlte.
