Vollkommen tolles Hamburg-Erlebnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Bahnstation Berliner Tor. Von hier aus ist man immer sehr gut angebunden. Das Umfeld ist sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hamburg dann Holiday Inn - Berliner Tor
Pros:

Wir waren schon in vielen Holiday Inn Hotels, aber dieses hat uns bisher am besten gefallen! Die Lage direkt am Berliner Tor ist perfekt – nur zwei Stationen bis ins Zentrum. Das Frühstück war einfach der Hammer, und besonders begeistert hat uns die große Auswahl an halal Wurst. Die Kingsize-Betten waren extrem bequem! Wenn wir wieder nach Hamburg kommen, dann auf jeden Fall ins Holiday Inn am Berliner Tor!

Cons:

Bitte bietet auch keine mixed Teesorten an! pur Kamilientee wäre uns sehr gut!

Wife stayed here - This is her opinion on the hotel: "It was a good room, I liked the following: Well vaccumed floor, clean sheets, no hair in the bed - sometimes happens at hotels, medium sized room - enough space on the floor to put a large suitcase fully folded out without tripping over.
Clean spacious bathroom

Location was quite good, not too far away from centre. Quiet neighbourhood around.

Liked that I could keep my closed supermarket salads in their staff fridge behind reception. At some places they don't allow this.

Quiet room - didn't hear any neighbours.

Cons:

The kettle in the room was v bad - boiled water for tea - but made the water taste terrible, undrinkable.
No hair drier in room. Thought this was a given.
Heard the cleaners knocking on peoples' doors in the morning, asking if they wanted room service - kind of stressful / wakes you up if you are sleeping in for longer / getting ready.
No fridge in room
difficult to regulate temperature in room / can't turn extraction fan on in bathroom to extract moisture.
No bottled water offered to guests in room upon arrival.

I highly recommend this hotel, enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

From the very beginning hotel employees were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean, ideal size and bed had a very good mattress. I have also had breakfast included which was very tasty with a lot of different dishes.
