Freundliches Personal, Betten waren gut, alles sauber

Cons:

Leider hat der Fernseher nicht richtig funktioniert und das beim Deutschland Spiel. Man bot uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer an, aber nach 34 Grad und Duschen, hatten wir nicht mehr den Nerv nochmal das Zimmer zu wechseln. Leider gibt es auch keinen Kleiderschrank für die Kleidung, nur ein Regal, nur für einen Aufenthalt für höchstens 2 Nächte.

It was one of the best stays in Hamburg.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, big bed , great bathroom, lot of space in the room. Staff are always on site.
We love everything. Free parking spots around the hotel area.

Cons:

Maybe some complimentary bottle water in the room.
Also, expected reasonable price for house guests for water i think 5€ for 0.5 l water bottle is too much.

Es hat mir gut gefallen, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten zur U- Bahn. Frühstück ist sehr gut, gute Auswahl. Ich persönlich finde es allerdings sehr teuer, denn ich esse am Morgen eher wenig.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, nahe der S Bahn und U Bahn, zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel war sauber, schöne Zimmer, große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Service, Zimmergrösse, Preisleistung völlig in Ordnung kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Parkplatz fürs Auto von dem Hotel viel zu teuer. Da es vor der Tür auf der Straße einmal umsonst ist und daneben die Strassen mit Parkschein für Tagesticket zahlt man 11,50 €…

Pros:

Wir waren bereits um 11 Uhr im Hotel und durften direkt ins Zimmer, da diese schon fertig waren. Wir haben für abends noch ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert und wollten danach noch Fussball schauen, dafür wurde ein extra Tisch reserviert, damit wir gut sehen konnten.
