Breakfast was ok.The location was not good at all no market or supermarket or restaurant or services on walking distance. You cannot get a taxi only from reception which sometimes busy

Tv was not working. Keep on interrupting and cut off every 5 minutes. The room telephone was out of line I couldn't receive or send a calls. I informed the reception but it wasn't reparedo

L'hôtel a la climatisation dans la chambre mais on peut facilement l'éteindre.

Tous les gens à la réception parlent anglais.

Salle de sport "wellness" (douche et serviettes disponibles) au 7eme étage (+ Sauna 18-22 heures, ou sur demande)

Lit double avec 2 matelas (à l'allemande) et surmatelas "royal betten" (marque pour hôtel): confortable (pas de mal de dos)

Petit-déjeuner : correct (salé et sucré et bien approvisionné tout le temps) mais bien regarder les horaires d'affluence au petit déjeuner (max entre 8-9?) car beaucoup de monde sinon ... (Heure limite semaine 10:30 / week-end 11:00)

Notre chambre 743 calme ( donne sur cours intérieure avec parking)

Hôtel bien fréquenté (surtout par des allemands en juillet 2026)

Cons:

Certains éléments un peu vieillots : la moquette (chambre et couloirs) a bien vécue (taches), traces noires sur le voilage (rideau).

Petit-déjeuner : Assez diversifié en salé mais moins en sucré (toujours les mêmes viennoiseries et le fameux "marbré au chocolat"). Les fruits ne donnent pas envie (manque maturité, par ex bananes vertes). C'est correct mais au bout de quelques jours on est un peu lassé....

Localisation de l'hôtel : Métro "berliner tor" assez loin, surtout si on a de grosses valises (attention il y a 2 stations différentes : S et U! Pas tout à fait le même chemin depuis l'hôtel) : compter 10 mn a pieds environ, donc il ne faut pas qu'il pleuve ou neige (en juillet 2026 il y avait en plus beaucoup de travaux sur la chaussée !! Rien n'est fléché, Il faut un gps pour s'y retrouver, surtout la nuit, le jour on voit sur l'hôtel le "Holiday Inn" mais la nuit il n'est pas éclairé.
Si on vient par un S sortie B (heidenkampswenf) mais dans ce cas escalier à monter et descendre car passerelle temporaire: passer sous le pont de chemin de fer au coin du bb hôtel puis sur la droite un peu plus loin (sinon plus long mais plus plat A beim strohhaus : ça fait passer par le petit parc au coin du bb hôtel). Les U semblent beaucoup plus fiables que les S!

30 mn a pieds pour aller à hauptnahnof.
