Pros:

Nice quaint hotel in the middle of Dalat. Clean room and nice hot shower with good water pressure. Very easy walk to Dalat lake and park, and big C supermarket / shopping mall. TV had Vietnamese TV, with a few English channels.
Staff was friendly. One helped me find a bowl and chopsticks for a Pho order, she was very nice! Not much English but with Google Translate it was easy to communicate. They can also help with bike rental if needed.
You will hear some Karaoke and dogs at night but that is normal in Vietnam. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me at all. Just remember to close the windows at night.
I would definitely stay here again! A Great value!

Pros:

Approached Few male receptionists to get help for taxi but they simply didn’t know and failed to do simple tasks. Totally no standard and run like a small family business.
