The best thing about this homestay is the service they provide. They can arrange tours and transportation, and they are really nice people. The rooms are comfortable and it has everything you’ll need.

This is a small family run in, a few blocks back from the main street somewhat hidden. The 6 guestrooms are generously sized, very clean and well equipped. The hotelier family is super friendly, very responsive and helpful and the lady of the house speaks English. We had breakfast included in our stay, it was delicious and plentiful with variations day to day. Would have loved to spend more time, delt very welcome and well taken care of.

Beautiful and comfortable room, great bed and amenities (like kettle, clothes rack, fan), clean, huge dinner (I don’t eat breakfast but heard it was good), nice treats when I arrived, good air con, very quiet, and perfect location near the main street and lake where the boats and buses leave from. It was great value for money. Only issue was shower went cold quickly but it was worth it for such a good room otherwise.

This homestay is centrally located but is on a very quiet, peaceful street. Hien, the owner, is very friendly and very helpful with what to see in the area. She is exceptionally attentive to the needs of her guests. She makes a lovely breakfast, varying it each morning. Our room was spacious and clean.

We were greeted and immediately given our room even though it was quite early. Hien got us a scooter, fuel and got our laundry and we were off to adventure in about 10 minutes! The location is just off the beaten path, but a 2 minute walk to all the fun things. Markets, restaurants, massages and boat rides. Breakfast was lovely and the portion she made us could have fed a family of 6. Hien even packed us a snack for the road. The bathroom was huge and clean, the bed was comfortable, the area felt safe. Perfect spot!

This is the easiest top rated review I have done. Good location, great room, wonderful breakfast and an even better host. She made me feel so welcome and had lots of useful sightseeing advice. I highly recommend staying here.

Hien was so hospitable. Rooms were clean and air conditioning very effective. Excellent location and value for money. Our children loved it here. Perfect location to reach the best of the surrounding areas.

What a beautiful place. Run by a lovely, carrying family that treat you so well.

The rooms are large, bathrooms are big too with shampoo etc. A/C works well and there's a mini fridge with water and beer.

The pool is refreshing and great for a dip in the heat.

Breakfast is plentiful and varied. We rented scooters here and the kind lady helped us to book transport and day trips.

We were unlucky to have one night of rowdy people who kept us and the family awake all night. Please remember this is a homestay not a hostel and that a family live here with young children.

This is the most lovely place… The pool and property is beautiful. The woman who runs the hotel is the kindest person; bringing us snacks and fruit constantly and made sure we were comfortable always. I got lice from a motor bike rental helmet :( she was so caring in helping me clean my clothes and changed out all of our sheets and towels to boil them. she even offered to go to the pharmacy for us. Thank you so much Tam Coc Koi! <3
