Terrazas del Caribe Hotel

El lugar muy bonito y cómodo, la limpieza de las zonas, habitaciones y piscina muy buena.

Sólo deben organizarse mejor con los desayunos pues tardan mucho en servir.

Très bon hôtel bien situé un peu à l’écart (400 mètres) de la route principale qui longe la plage.
La suite pour 6 personnes que nous avions était très confortable. Belle piscine. Personnel top !
Par contre ne pas prendre la chambre 10 (vue sur le toit du bar) ou pire la 9 au rdc donc très sombre.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Quelques points d’amélioration tout de même :
- Coffre-fort non scellé au mur, donc…
- Ménage que tous les deux jours
- Bouteille d’eau seulement le 1er jour
- Toasts facturés en extra au petit-déjeuner

Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach.

It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.

The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos.

Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside lamp and a table and chair in the room, but that's me just being nit picky.

Breakfast in the morning was great and staff was fun and helpful. I'll be returning.

This location is great and within 6 minutes of the tourist area. The walk from the restaurants to the room at night lack illumination but excepted. The restaurant food isn’t anything special but there are lots of restaurants. I would stay at this place again, no questions asked

Muy bonito el lugar

Ok hotel og vennlig betjening. Fin lokasjon med jungel og dyreliv tett på. Bærer preg av enkle løsninger og svarer ikke til prisnivået. Få kontakter for å lade opp elektronisk utstyr. Dårlig frokost med lang ventetid og små porsjoner. Betjeningen gjør sitt beste, men løper litt mye hvis det er mange som har behov for service samtidig. Liten og enkel meny i retauranten. Svømmebasseng hvor mosaikkflisene løsner og flyter rundt i vannet er ikke bra. Avhengig av vann på flaske, da vannet ikke er drikkbart. Det tilbys kun 1 flaske per persjon ved innsjekking, resten må du kjøpe.

Amazing staff and food

I absolutely loved my stay at Terrazas. The location is fantastic, close to a ton of restaurants and bars, and practically across the street from the beach.

The staff is super welcoming and kind, and they even surprised me with dessert for my birthday. The rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked very well, as did the hot water for a shower. I also really enjoyed the toiletries; everything was top notch. I highly recommend.

+ Schöner großer Pool, schön angelegt, sauber und gepflegt, freundliche Mitarbeiter
- Wasser in der Dusche nicht immer warm, keine Nachttischlampen

En general buena.

El trato de el staff es super especial el desayuno muy bueno

Ruhige Lage umgeben von vielen Bäumen. Sehr großer Pool der auch bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden kann. Strände fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wifi Signal im Zimmer teilweise nicht vorhanden oder sehr schlechter Empfang. Geruch im Bad war bei Ankunft etwas unangenehm, hat sich dann aber gebessert. Hoteleigenes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, wenn es auch manchmal etwas länger gedauert hat.

El lugar es excelente, pero hay que mejorar con los tiempos de respuesta de la limpieza se tuvo que recodar un par de veces que cambiaran los paños y que limpiaran la habitación. Pero por lo demás, ese lugar es un excelente lugar, un oasis en medio de la selva y cerca de la playa. Muy buena atención desde la recepción hasta el restaurante y el bell boy.

Wonderful place. Nice surroundings, really nice staff, good food, nice pool and quiet area, yet close to restaurants etc.
Only small thing we missed was a bed light, instead of lamps in the ceiling, so a minor thing :)
